Just got this pad, it's very cool. I think the newer versions got the newest software because I had no issues connecting via usevia. Don't know if it helps, but basic macros are pretty easy under the macro tab- you input commands in sequence and save. The basic keycodes under qmk documentation work with brackets (so you can string them together) - but this site uses the 'aliases' version of the keycodes, not the 'key' version (but the main NOT macro tabs use the 'key' version - very weird and I think the programmer was asleep at the wheel!) Anyways hope you got it running!
Isaacs how are you? hugs from chile. I bought the more biggest DOIO and i have a question. What VIA version did do use. They are three version. The last one dont detect the json keymap. But the fisrt version detect. ( 1.3 )
Hi I was wondering if your macropad was the wireless version of the Doio Triple Knob Pad? I've seen alot of negative reviews of the wireless pad because reviewers claim the wireless functionality does not work and the manufacturer (Doio) does not have proper instructions. I am really looking to use this pad wirelessly and wanted to know if these such problems might exist? Below are some of the main issues I've reead about from the negative reviews users have provided for the wireless Doio Macro Pad: --1) Auto-detect doesnt work in VIA software --2) User must use 1.3.1 VIA with no guarantee it will actually work --3) no vial firmware is available --4) Macros only support 4 keystrokes or less in wireless whereas the wired pad doesnt have this limitation --5) The time out of the macropad is too quick and the user is unable to adjust/customize the sleep timer which causes the pad to go to sleep/turn off in too short of a time --6) Inability to manually power off the macropad, so every button press can turn the device on. If you throw it into a bag, it will constantly be turning on and draining the battery Can you tell me if these issues were present on the Wireless Doio Pad? Would really appreciate your thoughts. i couldnt get this thing to work on my mac tbh. some of the comments say that there have been some updates on the pad, but i waited for a longtime for the VIA software to be updated. I think that if you have windows youll be find. there were no firmware updates either. The Doio company is also not in the United States. If you dont have a clear understanding of open source software i would also avoid it, bc thats what VIA is. Hope this helps!
Sorry again, if i use the VIA 3, and i import the keymap from beepmonkey, its tell my " Error: ´0xFEED´ is not a valid vendorld. THe only via version that recognize json keeymap is the 1.3 ... fuck!

I ordered one less than a month ago and after setting it up with the software, I haven't used it because it won't save any of my key mapping and half the options I want to use come up as not compatible with my device or something weird. And that's for really basic buttons like "home" or "end" and such. Also, they didn't include a cord with mine.
