The tiles are very heavy so the mat should not move. For this setup I just have gravel under my mat, but the problem with this is that the mat gets really dirty over time@@allboutthemojo

@thebackyardgolfer7010 thanks. You said the tiles are really heavy and that would help with keeping the gravel level but I'm not following how that keeps the mat from sliding around on top of it? Did you mean the mat is heavy?
