How to install a grind-to-fit recoil pad 

I used the medium on my Mossberg 930 and it came out pretty good, considering that it was too close on the ends and so I purchased the Large for my Remington 1100 and I decided to leave it full size (it's WAY too big), but I thought that it would reduce recoil even further by distributing it over a larger surface. It look a little wonkey but I don't care!
