The heavy breather with mid controls is ok. With forward controls....it doesn't work...at least for me. I've ridden a low rider st with the heavy breather and its no problem. Thanks Jeffery for watching and commenting. To answer your question there were no tuning issues after changing out the breather. The Extreme ventilator gets a bit more air into the bike but the ECM adjusts the mixture ratios enough to not cause any issues. I subsequently did do some smart tune sessions just to adjust the base map to my riding style, but, it really didn't seem to be necessary. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you.
