How to Install a Thule Topper Rack System 

Installation of a Topper Rack System
Parts Needed
Thule 60” Track
Thule Tracker II Fit Kit
Thule Arrow Blade Load Bars
Thule Rapid Traverse Foot Pack
Drill
Silicone
Paint Marker
1st Step
Measure the topper and determine where you want the track to end then cut to size.
2nd Step
Next assemble and attach the feet to the track.
3rd Step
Next place the rails onto the topper and measure out where they go.
Next
Mark out where each hole is with a paint marker.
Then remove the rail.
Then
Drill out each hole and clean the fiberglass shavings off of the topper.
Next
Put a small bead of silicone on each hole, replace the rail and place a bolt in each of the holes on the rail.
Then
Tighten each bolt, holding on to the nut on the under-side of the topper.
After you’ve finished attaching the other rail add on the end cap pieces to the end of the rail.
Last attach the rack and you are ready to hit the road.
