Glad it helped. Mine came with the track already installed, plus the original Thule rack, which as I mentioned, was stolen by some scumbag. To get those tracks on your shell, I would check with truck accessory stores. I bet they could mount a set on them for you. A professional job is crucial for something like this, as you want the holes they drill to be watertight.

Do you mean where the load bar goes through the top of the tower, or how the tower connects to the foot? It should all feel pretty stable and secure, no movement. If it's where the load bar goes through, tightening up that allen bolt should do it. You may need to play around with those pieces without the bar on to make sure they are working and nothing is missing. The bolt needs to go through the right place so that it raises the top part that presses against the bottom of the load bar. I had to mess around with mine at first a bit to get everything in the right place. You should see that top piece rise up as you tighten the bolt. Make sure it's working first without the bar going through.

I don't know. Thule makes cores that fit in all sorts of their stuff. I just bought a set from ebay. The main thing you might be looking for is the number for the key.
