How to install AMICCOM CCTV WiFi Camera - Z5 for Home (Instruction Video) 

I purchased two (2) Z7 i am unable to pair them. After following the directions to the letter and watching the set up tutorial, still unable to successfully hear "binding successfully" to no avail. as i attempted to contact someone on this support site just to become disappointed, No Support. I am left with no other recourse but to return these two cameras ASAP.

What if I need a longer power cord that goes from my power outlet to the camera? There is at least a 15ft distance from my outlet to where I want to install my cameras.

I was able to connect the first camera I purchased and it seem okay so I purchased a second one. Not sure why I cannot successfully install this second one. Can you add a second camera to the same app? anyone knows?

I would like to view the video from my 4 cameras on my Windows 10 PC. Doable?

Im having a problem with the authenticating to NVR devices or similar. The website says the username is admin and then the password is setup by you through the Jawa app. No matter what I do, the authenticating never works there for not able to set it up to NVR devices. I dont want to just look through the app on my phone or tablet. I want to be able to use my NVR devices or similar record the pics and videos. Right now, if someone knew what was going on, all they would have to do is destroy the camera and this would destroy the SDCARD as well. Does me no good. Please help fix this issue.

Hello, I've had this camera for two years now and Its my understanding that there was suppose to be an update to the firmware of the camera from 1.70 to a higher version. How can I get my hands on the firmware or get it pushed to my camera? Thanks in advance.

I don’t know how to start recording for surveillance. I tap on the red Record button and then close the app, then open it again and it’s not recording. I only have video after inserting SD card but I it won’t record

I purchased the Aiccom outdoor WiFI camera and inserted a 32GB MicroSD card. The setup menu says the card is formatted but it is not recording. I left a message on the Tech Support phone line. Not sure what time zone they are in.

I have this camera. I have it on my network, connected to power, recording to a 64GB card, able to access from IOS and Android. Only problem is: I cannot find the option to record only on motion. Maddening!

An sd card is too big to fit. This camera needs a micro sd card

the only problem i have with them is i must wait 10 minutes before i can access current up to date video file. then once 10 minutes has passed, then i can see who was just at the door, 10 minutes ago.
