Have you called att and have them send out a tech to make sure all lines are good to the att wall banded jack? Could be something down the line causing it to flash.
@@purewhips1agent took ages to help me and she don’t do anything all she said was sorry and if she could she could fix it . She wanted to me a technician but the next available was June 1st. I got mad and canceled everything I got refunded and I got Xfinity now same day installation and same day service Att sucks I was so mad
I have the AT&T Jack with the same color pattern + phone link and yellow jacks around the house assuming these are also phone links. My question is ATT is coming out to install today and I have the 2GB Speed for my house. Is this broadband plug going to be able to handle that? Or will they need install a Fiber Outlet?
They will install fiber to the jack that has the OnT that will provide the signal. Now depending on your device will be if it will handle those speeds and if you have cat6 cable. They do charge for extra cables ran through the house So make sure you are having your gateway in a place that you want for your main system. And then Wi-Fi everything else. Get the mesh system from the tech also. It will provide the best Wi-Fi coverage.
@@purewhips1 I got them to run it to a central point. I’m getting 1300 up and 1400 down. On wifi I’ll get about 400-500up down without port forwarding. I’m going to use my range extender and test connection further back in the house.
@@GtGamerGc I want to run a Ethernet cable to the gaming pc (40ft total if I make it look professional). Should I get a CAT6a? I’ve been reading everything above that is overkill for 1GB+ internet speeds.
You don’t have to use att router they give you. Use it as a modem. Flex that hard earned money you make and get you an EERO $900 router. Dont forget to get the extended warranty.
