Such a shame you couldn't spend a couple minutes to make a video going through the replacement of the quartz sleeve. Mine has broken and you sent me a replacement but I have no idea how to put it back in without breaking something. I guess I know better now. I will spend a little more to purchase with a company that cares about their customers.
