Hey guys, to anyone asking where the parts can be found: I am not in your country (most probably), but i looked in twio different markets and it was easy to find them (both Greece and Bulgaria). I just looked at the 'bational level' websites for used items. (something of a domestic craigslist for each country). Also in facebook's marketplace i had success though over there it okk me looking over at least 20 offers before i found something relevant. Also stores that sell parts can have them, but its harder with them as they go for as different aprts (the mechanism and the cables)... I got mine for about 30$ at the used items websites (even though its brand new, and even branded by VW/AUDI (but i am sure its just a copy). In auto parts shop it was about 40%-100% more expensive and many of them didnt have the cables too, so u would have to look elsewhere Good luck guys

Hi I have a vw passat b5 2002 “Born” without cruise control. If I understood this correctly then it is possible to mount a cruise control arm as shown on this video? 😊

I just bought a VW Passat 2013 TDI manual transmission. It doesn’t have cruise control. All the searching I’ve done this Passat should come with cruise control already fitted, even the owners manual indicates it has cruise control. Does anyone know why this particular Passat doesn’t have it?
I see your plug is already connected to the ECU. Mine is not as I only have two wires coming out of the plug. I have finished the install up to where your video ends. How do I now connect to the vehicle's computer to control engine functions?
Good evening from Greece. I have a passat b5.5 and I have a new cruise control switch with its cables, but along with the other cables, there is a black one with no pin in front of it. Where am I going to put this? All the other cables are as shown in the video you uploaded. Thank you .
@@jordanbriatte9078what is your connection of pedal to butterfly valve - electrical(with wire and sensor) or mechanical(with "rope")? If it is mechanical - bad news.
@@jordanbriatte9078if it is by "rope"... it will be more harder, much more spare parts. It is not impissible, but... I think it will to hard to be done.
szia szerintem te vagy az én emberem, tudnál segíteni, amit vettem tempomat kart, és amit adtak,hozzá vezetéket, más színűek mint amit itt a youtube videókban látni, nem tudnál abban segíteni,hogy a tempomat karnál levő 10 pólusú csatlakozóról, melyik számú aljzat vezetéke megy a gyárilag két vezetékes csatira, Nekem fekete a sima végű ( nem kék )a kék vezetéken egy robotszúsabb tüske van, piros,szürkén egyforma vékonyabb, és van egy dupla barna, ezen is hasonló mint a piroson, és a szürkén, picit elbizonytalanodtam,, fáradozásod előre megköszönöm !
Szia.én csak a gyári vezetékekel dolgoztam....probáld meg mindegyik szállat egyenként lekovetni csatibol csatiba, és ugy szereld be.

@@domdomi1658 Nagyon rendes vagy,hogy foglalkozol a problémámmal, Meg tudom oldani természetesen, csak pontosan nem tudom, mi a kiosztása a karra menő 10 pólusú csatinak, mármint melyik szín módosul az én kábelkorbácsom esetén, a csatiról kimértem melyik vezeték hol helyezkedik el 1, üres 2, Szürke vezeték, normál pin csati, 3, Barna, dupla vezeték, normál pin csati, 4, Piros vezeték, normál pin csati, 5, Kék vezeték, vastag csatlakozó pin 6, Fekete, vezeték csupasz véggel 7, üres 8,üres 9,üres 10,üres Megköszönöm a további segítségedet. üdv szép estét
