How To Install Glass Sliding Shower Doors 

Thank you so much for this easy to follow video. I am a 53 yr old mom and never considered doing my own home improvements before. After buying the right tools, and watching your great video, I now have a beautifully installed shower door!

Shannon's videos are among my favorites. I just wanted to reemphasize the need for eye protection when cutting metals, including aluminum with the electric miter saw. If you don't have a full coverage eye protection take time to acquire them.

Excellent video and explanations!! Most of these "how-to" videos are poorly done with people who don't know (focus?) what they are saying in a coherent format. Shannon is very adept at keeping the steps simple and straightforward.

Outstanding video!!!! Thank you. I cannot afford to have someone come out to repair my shower that continued to produce mold around the tracks nor could I afford (which I preferred) to update and replace the entire shower. I decided to google how to install standard shower doors and immediately saw your 30 minute video. I decided to take a look. You were very clear with your instructions and answered questions that I had about what type of silicone you were using. What initially appeared to be an intimidating problem, turns out to appear to be simple. As of right now I have removed all my side and bottom frames and I’m thoroughly cleaning the shower. I will be heading to my local home store and I’ll look for replacement rollers and I’m going to get started putting my shower back together. Thank you!!!

Great question. I prefer to put wood back there. you can use drywall anchors to hold those shower door side rails but wood backing is more secure.

Is the header piece just resting on the sides and not secured? I guess the downward pressure will stop it from moving. Great job Shannon! Very clear and precise. You should have your own RU-vid channel.

hey, i was wondering if you could do a video on installing cavity sliding door. wanna build a diving wall in my garage but not enough room for a normal hinge door so wanna put in a cavity slider but not 100% on how to do it. btw great video
