can anyone give me a tip on how to fix my problem about magic lantern in canon 60d. it really works but the problem is when I remove the sd card the camera setting going back to normal canon setting.

You need to use the same SD card to access the ML menu. The firmware is programmed to be only read by the camera, not copied into. Almost like if you install Windows _on_ a thumb drive and not copy it to the computer's internal drive. Remove the thumb drive and you lost the OS.

I sent my 60D to Canon from a repair and they updated my firmware from version 1.1.1 to version 1.1.2 so Magic Lantern doesn't work. I found a way to fix this on the ML forum but it is beyond my capabilities. www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=19417. CAn anyone help?

Thanks a lot for the tutorial... I followed your steps perfectly. I had to downgrade the firmware on my 60D first, but everything went well. Thumbs Up and New Subscriber! Be well and stay encouraged!

How did you downgrade the firmware? I found this forum to have ML work in up uploaded firmware but I can't figure out how to make it work. www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=19417

Is there another way I can just change my fps on a 60d without ml. I just wanna do some timelapses. Without gigantic 1080p 24fps videos and neither 1080p gigantic photos + rip shutter speed.

No, you can only do 24,25,30 fps with video. Other option is to take pictures with LCD on and mirror lock up. That way it should still take pictures but the mirror wont go up and down everytime. Or if you have a smart phone use it to do time-lapse or hyper-lapse with :)

B2k6 Productions is there a way to put ml on sd card with the camera turned on? It won't let me put it and I don't have any other devices that use sd. Only micro sd. I don't really wanna spend some money and wait for sd to usb just to move one thing.
