How to install paddle shifters on a Mitsubishi lancer 

Just a tip. Before taking off the steering wheel, put a mark using a marking pen so when putting it back, the steering is properly aligned.

Just to let everyone know if they are curious, it works on a 2012 SE AWC US SPEC. Also there is no need to replace the bottom cover for the steering column, it actually has lines in the inside of the cover if you would like to just modify the original cover yourself. Can a non cvt transmission work with the paddle shifters?? My car has the connector for the paddle shifter however it's a non cvt transmission ..

Have you tried swapping the Floor Shift gear selector assembly from a GTS to get the + / - gears?

Did the install cause your airbag warning light to come on? Did you just clear the codes to get rid of it?
