Amazingly fast tutorial, but when I run the php --version, it doesn't work. It just says that "php is not recognized as an internal or external command", and then I realized that I need to be IN THAT PATH in cmd prompt. In case anyone else needed to see this. Thanks!

I did exactly as you did and I even did both the user variables and system variables but when I typed "php --version" in the command prompt, it still said, " 'php' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batle file. ". Edit: My bad it seems that I have downloaded the wrong file which is what caused this. Thank you for the amazing video.

i followed the instructions but i got an error when i try to check the php version on cmd it says "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem."

Not sure if you've solved this already, but just in case you still need help. You'll most likely need to installl Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package. You can just download Visual Studio, and should be able to install those packages. As for why, the VC15 and VS16 builds require to have the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015-2019 x64 or x86 installed. Hope that helps.
