How To Install Side Marker *Easy* | 10th Gen Honda Civic 

It’s such a simple mod but it makes such a big difference! I love the way it contrasts with your white. The bright orange side markers are something I really don’t like about my civic. I have a 2019 civic ex in cosmic blue (so it’s pretty dark) so the orange sticks out even more for me. I think I’m gonna get the smoke side markers to really even out the look. Also I love the derp addition lmao Great video easy install :)

Hey great video. So quick question...are the stocked bulbs clear or amber color? So if I get the smoke or clear markers, would it come with amber bulbs or would I have to use the stock bulbs? Thx.

I bought smoked one similar. They come with led bulbs but they aren't amber. Found the video helpful. Probably will check back when they get here to make sure I get it right

Installing this tommrrow on my honda just got them today cant wait to see what they look like

so i followed the instructions 100% put the bulb in and the marker back in place but my bulb isnt lighting up, is there a certain this side up on the bulb i didnt see? and also know if anything else might have caused it

I have a problem with turn right/left in raining night or no streetlamp area. When I turn my car to left, I usually watch left side first and then turn slowly, but in the no streetlamp area, and the headlight cannot cover the left/right side of the car. I can see nothing before I turn (New Yorker never watch the cars….). I know some autos, they can turn their headlight when you turning. Do you know any way to solve this problem without purchase a new car?

would these fit on a 2020 sport touring hatch?

For some reason I cannot pull the bulb out of the socket to replace with the new LED one. I already shattered one of them trying to put it out, so I guess I will need to replace the whole socket ?

Nice. Have to do that to ours. Word of advise though... you don’t want the oil from your fingers on the bulbs. Makes the fail earlier. Same goes with any bulbs in your vehicle.

So did you go with LEDs? Cause the link is going to LED version but in the video the bulbs look different.

My driver side piece was fine, and the passenger side piece doesn't fit. What else is new?

I don't like the smoked ones cause it makes it look like the car has a cut out. So I go with the clear for mine.

So I’ve already done this but didn’t need to remove any screws. My civic is white as well it looks much better. My old markers kept filling with water.

Just want to add a caveat to your remark at 1:12. Something having a lot of good reviews on Amazon is not a sign that the product is good. It's predominantly bots, and Amazon hiding bad reviews. Louis Rossmann demonstrated that recently on his channel.

I got the same thing and installed it, however the driver side one is a little wobbly..not sure why.. the passenger side one fits perfectly..

I work in the field of DOT and EPA compliance. While I support car modding, this mod is really stupid. YOU do realize the function of the side marker is to alert traffic coming to the side of you at night that your car is there and what part of the car, right? That is why there is an Amber in the front and a Red in the back. Lets say you decide to hit the gas at a yellow light. Turns red as you enter the intersection. People may not see you (even if you have your lights on) and proceed. It is also there for clearance so cars traveling next to and near you know where the width of your car is in the lane. Removing this very important safety feature just so your car looks better it just such a bad idea. But hey, I am glad you like the way it looks. Watch yourself at night and when parked.
