Options: 1. Get an additional cable from the same supplier. 2. Get aftermarket camera instead. I went for option 2 as I didn’t like the OEM camera quality

You should be able to connect to Bluetooth then it automatically link to Apple car play

Did you plug in the correct cable? I did have any problem with the ac.

Check your connection. There is multiple audio cables, so make sure you don’t double connect them.
