My ricoma has been broken ( the part which is responsible of moving the needles down while embroidery- from the back of needles case ) who could we fixed it and where I can get speared
i have 2 questions i have this machine first question my nr 4 and nr 9 needles broke while working on projects now after installing new needles checking that i threaded correctly installed needles correctly the thread still keeps breaking directly after starting the machine could it be that the timing on those 2 needles are out ? the 2nd question i have a 15 needle but my colour selection screen only displays the option of 12 needles it did display 15 but one day just stopped and displayed 12 any idea how i can fix it?
my take-up lever drive arm bottoms out and hits the aluminum plate then I get an axis reverse error. Question: what position does it need to be in when at 100, cause the silver roller is bottoming out.
