How To Install U Nuts

If you desperately need one of these? I just made 2 of em in about 5 minutes. I found a couple M5 hex nuts that fit the fastners then I took some scarp steel "plumbers tape which is steel bendable tape with holes ever 1/2" or so but lacking this one could use soup can and som tin snips to make strips except then you have to punch or drill holes. I simply trimmed the width using sheetment shears/tin spnips/aka Wiss Aircraft shears and bent the steel stips all the way over so 2 holes lined up then I mixed up a tiny amount of epoxy and simply centered a nut over a hole on each piece ...when they are all set tomorrow then I will simply push em in place just like the factory Yamaha sells and put the side panels back in place....I COULD have simply ordered em but minimum shipping is like 10 bucks and takes a week or more! Very proud of myself. BTw you maybe could cut tin can with household scissors in a pinch but it wont do your scissors any good! And you COULD use a hammer and a nail to punch holes a little one on one side to force a sheetmetal screw into and a larger hold on the othe side to clear the screw but would not be nearly as strong as what I made ....just sayin

How to remove the Hillman Spring nut from it's location? Do you need a special tool for that? I need to remove very rusted fastener of this type from the car battery box. Thank you for the film.
