in sudo apt get update commannd there is an error in get it shows invalid operation

Hi bro In sudo apt update After entering password It shows vboxer is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported

Still find it difficult to install Ubuntu on the oracle Virtual box, the dialogue interface to select what type of installation I want to do quickly disappear and head straight to starting the VM. Pls any recommendations??
