Hi Byu, thank you for this fantastic content. I'm a bit confused about the proper tone for the particle ka: when you pronounce it with a falling tone, to my ear it sounds more like a low tone and quite different from how you pronounce cheu at 6:52. Can ka be pronounced the same way as cheu, sort of starting mid, going up and then falling? I hope this makes sense, hard to describe it! Thank you!

Thai is one of those languages that can trap Google translation! It’s not that accurate translating into Thai. I’m planning to film a video about Thai names soon! Stay put! 🙏😊

There are many options for you to choose. ฉันเป็นคนสำคัญของเขา I'm his significant other (an important person). - Very formal ฉันเป็นคนรักของเขา I'm his lover. - Polite ฉันเป็นแฟนเขา I'm his girlfriend (or boyfriend). - Conversational ^^ Hope they will be beneficial! susu ka

We also pronounce India อินเดีย exactly the same in English. For the word "Indian" as a nationality, we say "คนอินเดีย kon India" in Thai.
