moomoo unadjust price with gap at stock split make no sense. It is the only software in US has this stupid chart option. Forward/backward adjust distort the chart shape
I want to tell everyone..... You do not want to use MooMoo to trade stocks.... I have been on the phone with them for over an hour.... I dont want to get all into my question to them. But the end result is that MooMoo will not let you trade options as you would with any other company. They were trying to tell me to make the option trade that I wanted to make, which I have done in 4 other accounts, that I have to have $10,000 min in my account and I need option level 4. After of being on the phone with them, for an hour and asking over and over to be transferred to someone else, I was finally able to talk to someone else. The result is they MooMoo does not have authority by the SEC to do these trades. I have an account with Webull, no problems doing the trade with them. I have 3 accounts with Fidelity. No problems doing the trades with them. I have had accounts with Ally Invest and no problems there... I have never had a company keep me on the phone for an hour and tell me over and over that what is on their website for Option level 2 is just not correct. So, I will be withdrawing my money.

Hi Demi, I have subscribed to Moomoo and was trying to enter a trade to buy a US ETF that allows fractional shares (have checked). I can't seem to enter a fractional amount.Can this be done only during US stock market operating hours, for fractional shares trade?
I submitted for funds exchange to USD but its not immediate n when i tried to buy US shares, it says i m buying on margin. Shud i proceed or wait for the US $ to be exchanged
@DemiZhuang thx for your reply. I discovered that for currency exchange, there is timing. I think it has to do with working hours. My request last nite (sun) was only effected this morning (mon) 7.30am

hi, just want to ask, the fee of basic is just 1 dollar right per trade, can you enlighten me how does it increase to 1.xx based on your video , i mean how much quantity will effect how much fee increase , and also maybe the amount of money trade also effect?

a feature that isn't available as of yet but it should come soon. otherwise you can just set a standing transfer from your bank to moomoo a day before your scheduled buy trade.

Doubt so. You probably have to use a more ‘traditional’ trading platforms like POEMS to sell. Also, if your singtel shares has odd lots (i.e. fewer than 100 shares or your shares are not in multiples of hundreds, you have to call your trading platform to sell for you)

May I ask .. Fullerton cash fund has 2 options RSP versus Subscribe. Can please explain which one you click? I accidentally click one trade on RSP for Fullerton cash fund. I am worried
