I’ve seen no improvements. I’m on phase 3 and I do the workouts x3 a week. I just have toned legs and some new leg veins lol. Why 😢?

@@cyr8xamv764 before I could almost touch the backboard, but I also grew an inch. I touched the rim (or rim hook) once which was last month because I had a good warmup, and good jump form, but my form is inconsistent.

Hey Nathanael Morton, amazing video like always! But I do have one question. Currently I’m following your 2 month training routine which consists of a superset of box squares and band squats, doing 4-6 sets of 6 reps, 50% of 1rpm. How can I include the exercises you showed in this video to the routine, for example the joint angle squat. Should I bring that super set down to 2-3 sets and do the joint squats for 3 sets. I would love to hear your output on this. Really appreciate all the detailed and helpful information you put out!

I tried your free 4 month vert program, and i wanted to know if i can do other leg workouts for speed and athletacism too on those days. Will it decrease verticle, or decrease gains?

Hey Nathanael! I got my own Home Gym a few months ago, but only with the basics - bc of Corona I still do not have any dumbells. To get to the point: Should i buy a trapbar too, or will 2 adjustable (50mm) dumbells do the same job? Money is not such a big problem, but I don't want to waste it...

I would add in some reactive ploy metrics like dept. jumps and RSIs and then progress on to doing them with 1 leg and them 1 leg with weights.

Can I use a 9k medicine ball or a 20k weighted vest for explosive jumps. Don't have access to a trap bar jump or gym.

Hey, after I saw your review on the Vert Code Elite I decided to purchase it, but I am starting to get knee pain again ( I had patellar tendonitis before ). What should I do? Should I completely stop and do rehab? Or should I just do the workouts with less reps? Would appreciate an answer :)

No, just be smart and listen to your body though. Don’t try to go to hard or you’ll get things like tendinitis. Take it slow and you will get to a high level.
