I probably look at this video everyday. Next session early in the morning 5:30am*. It's been a year since I've started following your videos and my jump rope game has improved. Thanks Sifu Chez for the inspiration.
Love jumping rope! I done weights yesterday. I’ve been doing a track session with the running club tonight but tomorrow I’ll definitely be jumping rope and hitting the bag ,Loosens the body off a treat. Guaranteed to make you feel good 💪
Just what I was looking for. I always wondered how you did that so smooth. I've been practicing daily after my workouts but haven't gotten to the criss cross down yet. This really helps, thanks!
At my Muay Thai gym we only use the classic heavy (painful when you hit your toes) jumpropes. Ive learnt the basics with these but they are tough on the forearms and seem hard to do the criss-cross with. Thinking of getting my own jumprope to level up a little easier.
@@CHEZCANTERE It's inspiring . I see you in the groove and rythm of it all and I want to get into that zone and just flow with the energy. I will get there soon.
Thanks Hawaiian, down 20lbs Since I watched one of your videos, just needed some motivation to get back at it.. Wahiawā Boyz living in louisville ky 🤙🏾
Hello brother, I wanted to ask if you could do content on good nutrition for pre and after workouts. And what to avoid etc I want to have maximum energy for my Workouts.
-sense down to the end of the rope. It should be a straight line, knuckle to tip. Rope follows your hands. -learn to separate your awareness so that your feet can work independently of your hands. -in the beginning, you'll make THOUSANDS of mistakes. Keep going. -practice, practice, practice. -breathe through your nose. Always. -create solid patterns. -break those patterns. -have fun.
you jump rope beautifully bro! rellally ejoyed jomping rope while ago however i had to stop beacuse disbalances in my posture caused a lot of ache in my lover back, any tips of how to remove disbalances and jump rope more balanced with better posture?
Shifu Chez, I've been suffering from muscle imbalances(right shoulder is lower and shorter than the left side) for a while, i think its from my habit of sitting and walking with a really bad posture. It makes me less confident. What do you think i should do, master? Will it go away on its own as i tone my muscle with shadow boxing and bodyweight exercises? anyway i appreciate your channel. Big love
It can but it’ll take time. I would suggest to do more pulling exercises. Towel bodyweight rows and pull-ups. Throwing more punches will add more fatigue to your front muscles(shoulders and chest) thus pulling you more forward. Doing the pulling exercises will help the back muscles to pull your shoulders back
I jumping rope for 10minuits with a few 30sec rest. But i got many times "shin splints". Cane you make a vid about that to prevent it and how to heal etc.? Our you never have that isseu before?
I’m 5’7. I’m not by my rope now but when I get the chance to measure it, I’ll get back to you. Every rope I’ve had I somewhat custom cut it. Because of rope thickness and grip weight, all of my rope lengths were different
