Thanks Calvin! I like ball points because they dry faster and are less messy (less bleeding through the paper). More ideal when you're noting down ideas or your reps on the spot and your hand is less accurate because your arms are exhausted 😅 Roller ball is cool for more serious stuff and people who unlike me can have better penmanship than an 8-year-old 😂

Haha, I used to be a mechanical-pencil guy when I was younger 😄. In terms of weight training, I'm doing RDLs and over hear military presses for shoulder health. I might do a vid on how I train nowadays if that's interesting to you guys
