"Open" the grooves/cuts like a cut melon etc then pour in the glue allowing more to get deeper inside and hold the "veneer surface" a lot better

For spreading glue or wood filler...I often use expired credit cards, or those silly member cards you get with junk mail.

I like to use fibreglass paste instead of wood glue as it goes deep into the cuts and fills any voids. Scraped off the excess and it dries alot quicker aswell

I like to chamfer each grove a bit it gives me a bit more radius.

Great tutorial! I'm building a box for a co worker Im not expert but say a novice at box building but I've never built or tuned a kerfed port, but I do think there so cool looking. How does the flare affect port length? Do you start your port length measurement at the inside end of the curve like basically not including any area that's flared?

Wow, WHERE U LOCATED, near NE OH? bcuz I'd pay you to build me an enclosure after seeing those you featured at end of video for my 2 15" Fi Neo 4.11 subs. I have the dimensions including port size, tuning, # of kerfs, etc. That is if I can afford your prices. Or maybe you ship? Last pro custom built enclosure I bought was shipped to me.
