@@owl3934 the hard part is how the owl will hold is swing in the air in order to bait you into wasting a parry ( also its move where it teleports into the air and stomps you is hard to predict)
@@Those3Idiots. i think that makes them stunned spamming ranged mantras is good when you dont have enough vitality yet but melee mantras can be used when you do
14:35 just so you know for squibbo vent these kinda vent where it just phase your mantra it was actually old version of vent that players used to do in wave 0 but it was removed and replace by crit (from what i heard) prob because it was op (pretty much it was op since people couldn't use mantra at you and verse 2 would made it worse) but they readded it back in verse 2 but they reworked it to make it balanced compared to what squibbo had pretty sure they didn't remove it from squibbo because without it squibbo is just ez mob with mantras to kill
thank you bean bena... i kept struggling against mudskippers and it really bothered me, but this tutorial has opened my eyes to the true truth. I just needed to press f!
had to watch all the way through for support i wish someone posted this when the game dropped i was struggling 2 and a half years ago😂 god bless keep up the good work✊🏾
I’ve fought rouge construct a bunch by just mindlessly charging at him right after doing trial of one so here’s my way of fighting it: It only has 3 moves. If it raises his leg just parry. If you get the timing wrong he’ll stomp enough times throughout the fight so you’ll get them right eventually. If you hear the unparryable sound, just wait for him to hesitate or bait twice then dodge. If you see his hand glow wait till it reaches its highest point and then parry. The range is big and the damage can be like half your health if you’re not careful so if you see that move play it safe. If he starts yelling just hit him it’s free damage.
Awesome video, I got back into the game recently after taking a break from not enjoying being a perma freshie and some monsters have been giving me a run for my money
A good way to also fight the lion fish is to just spam m1 while moving towards where it swims if there is space. It has go get far enough away in order to come back and bite. If you stay on its movements and constantly remain close distance, you'll only have the beam to dodge.
I think the hive mech deserves to be on medium rather than hard. You can dodge its attacks very easily without having to focus on parry and then get hit.
A few tips for fighting enforcer sand knight and sharko, for sharko, if he runs up to you be ready for him to do any of his attacks, after he did 1 kick or slash and kick, there is a VERY low chance that hes gonna kick again so you can just stay there and parry his either one slash or 2 slashes, after 1 or 2 slashes i recommend you wait a little dash and run around him, dash to evade the slash and the kick or dash to just avoid the kick, in other words just dash and run around the sharko after he did 2 slashes or 1 without a kick Enforcer is really easy to be honest, he can just do alot of damage, but hes REALLY simple, i recommend you fight him with a heavy weapon tough and spam ur crit around every 2 or 3 parries, fighting him with a medium weapon is a bit anoying since you cannot really guard break him so after every parry m1 once but be ready to be parried and he will hit you quickly! Sand knight is basically the same as the sharko just a bit stronger, so for sand knight you basically do the exact same as for the sharko, if he does 1 or 2 slashes, there is a slight chance he kicks so just dash but not run around him, after he did a kick he will not do a kick again, he will either do 1 or 2 slashes, my method to fight the sand knight is basically to always roll after he did like 1 attack, he will do one attack around every 3 or 4 seconds for thresher, you can just cheese them, a bit difficult and i dont recommend doing this when ur low cuz it doesnt always work but yeah, just slowly walk back when he does an attack, and if he doesnt move and cannot hit you do not move further, altough sometimes he can hit you with the claw or tail swipe so be aware of that, always parry when he does the claw or tail swipe, if you do not parry the tail or claw swipe and not get hit, you can spam ur m1s, do not use moves tough that move you hope this helps :)
hive mech u can just hit once and roll back wait for him to do anything then ariel, they have super low hp for some reason but give tons of exp, and for mama thresher just dodge any set of attack and swing once then keep doin that.
Tips for King Gigamed (Big purple Jellyfish) When trying to fight the King Gigamed it spawns smaller jellyfish dealing the same damage as a normal one but with one key detail, it dies after its first attack and has a one shot guarantee if you manage to hit it before it attacks you. Normally when trying to run from the King it will spawn the barrage of 3 jellyfish and they do allow for health packs if you manage to kill them. This can also work against you because as a freshie these things rip your hp bar to shreds.
diver husks are honestly jellyfish level difficulty, they get stunlocked by m1s the same and cant do anything if you have them against a wall m1 spamming
Squibbo isn't actually as hard as you make him to be here. You basically just have to parry him alot. When he feints you just block the attack instead, youll get the posture back from the next parry anyways and he does low posture dmg per hit. Once you feel like has low enough posture (He doesn't regain posture from parrying) crit him. This usually posture breaks him and let's you get an extra hit in. This works for any weapon type, but heavy is obviously the most reliable
I would put hive mech and bone keeper at medium. Just because they are so much easier to kill than the squibo, bonekeeper becomes sharko 2.0 when you learn all his attack timings and patterns, and hive mech is just, attack it once and dodge the next move, it's not worth parrying it at all.
Tip for golem that works for me: when it uses the spin attack, only start parrying after you hear the spinning noise 3 times to time it correctly And I’ve seen the baby crabby and the sharko do it, idk if it’s a stun animation but, they stop moving and there’s like a red vein effect around their head what is it?
i cant believe the video (kind of) explains how to fight the easy mobs that noone has problems with but says "just stat check them" on the hard ones (except owl)
Honestly I would put everything that's hard on medium except Squibbo and Deep widow, people usually just go balls deep on the widow and tank all the damage hoping to kill it and they can never get the timing right on when to parry and when to dodge. Hive Mechs animations are not really delayed, at least not anymore. Few days ago I fought one, It's really easy to parry and dodge It's attacks since they have a pretty long wind-up. Blizzard knights are literally just Stone Knights with more hp, there is no debate there. I would also add in the spear-wielding Kyrsguards into hard and put the Brutes in Medium, they are fairly easy to deal with, though the spear guys are annoying as hell.
Remember if you don't have 3 bars, don't fight squibbo. Even if you're on 3 bars its attacks can desync and just stop swinging making him impossible to react to, on 2 or the dreaded 1 bar you're better off trying to run cause that busted ass mob is not gonna be manageable on even a half second of delay
Funny how differently I see this iceberg of difficulty , like on one hand I can kill the rogue in ministry at power 6 with 0 medium - in the other hand at power 20 jellyfish are the biggest threat due to them combat tagging you and getting you to crash which gives me genuine PTSD and fear of them
You can't wipe if you crash in the depths anymore while you're in combat when you have above 75% hp in the new update, so I recommend using some kind of recording software wherever you're in the depths. This is only for the PVE tag though, so watch out
This guide was incredible. As a relatively new player (joined 3-4 months ago), this helped me with killing mobs i struggled with. Except for enforcer, which is the one monster that keeps consistantly wiping me. I can fight a god damn corrupted bone keeper no sweat even on my dogshit ass 100 charisma 0 fortitude 400 hp at max level fist build, and yet a regular ass enforcer wipes me evry fucking time
I think this video is good for introduction to the new players to mobs. But tk actually learn to defeat it,its need in depth video about it. Meanwhile this is just quick vid abt the moba
the real way to beat the jellyfish is to dodge tbh, against a bunch of em blocking will just kill you the blue spark on top of them is the attack indicator telling you when to dodge btw
@@krimzlk2353 if ur lvl 1 they do 50% of ur posture, most mobs can be stat checked at max lvl lets say a sharko obviously ur supposed to parry the slashes and dodge the kick but ofc on a maxed pve build you dont need to because you kill them instantly. couldnt you think of anything better to say?
The only thing that causes me trouble to this day is Squibbo and nothing else. I've been playing for over a year, I have mastered PvE to It's core and yet the big hoss still finds a way to destroy my ass. That's only until I start using a heavy weapon-
