Hey guys! I know fighting riders can be very difficult, so as requested this is a topic I will cover to hopefully help you kill them cheeky buggers lol
i love how my trick to kill utahs was just break checks and my friend still managed to get my rex to near death and now while doing the advanced drags he barely gets me to 3rd xD Really good tips like always!
Big thanks for explanation how to do drags and for what reason, all the time utah tailriding me I was shifting sometimes but I didn't realize for what reason I was doing it
a utah killed my adult rex. I sucked at doing break checks and let it bleed me out so this video helped me and some utah again tried to kill me yet i won.
yeah but if utah twirls rex can't do nothing this is to beat utahs in sandbox that left ride but in survival you won't do nothing vs a pack of utahs as they will enter right exit left and that pretty much evades the snipe hitbox all together. No one in their right mind in survival will left ride a rex with all those freezes and random frame drops that happen. But nice video your upping your intro skills, you should make a lone episode with that style lol! Great stuff, and yes we noticed your show off salamander glowing neon skin :))
I mean for many utahs as I have many friends who main utah, twirling is considered "lame" since the whole purpose for the ride is for the thrill and challenge and like I've had utahs try to left leg ride me in survival, you're not wrong in saying a Utah can do that but many dont for pride reasons and it's less fun
@@garboplaysgames5233 well the majority of utahs i have ever fought in my 4k hours are utahs that enter right and exit left in survival. I only ever saw left riders in sandbox but everyone has it their say. And most people do not care about the pride factor or that its lame its just players get what they can to win. I never met a utah in survival try to left ride any dino except giga.
Different experiences I guess, sandbox certainly has more leg riders but I have had many utahs try to ride my rex in survival its pretty common. Again I'm not saying you're wrong because there is certainly Utah's that do that, however knowing how to drag can atleast increase your chances of survival because it's always a risk for the Utah constantly going for entry like that and if it slips up it could be dragged it just depends. Better to try and drag them and put your butt near the water then to do what alot of survival rexes do and just run around like a dummy lol
@@triplegunZ The ones that twirl as utah even in survival, are bad utah players and you still can catch them off guard because they dont truly understand the hitbox or are too careless due to depending on the twirl.
ima just add, killing riders that ride your tail and not like in between your legs, could be good to know the left side snipe sometimes (the same snipe killer shows in his rex 1v1 tutorial) if the dino over shifts too much too the left for example
They are dev colors however a friend gave them to me so I dont know where exactly you can get this file ;-; however I do plan to make a channel in my discord with glitch skins, dev colors and what not for people to use in the near future ^^
Same strategy but if the Utah shoots too far up it's the one time you could try to swing right and catch them, other wise you're just trying to get them to go in a bad position behind the legs and be caught
Basically its biting early and sprinting forward or going in and out of trot to make your bite animation go further back, it's part of tue very broken hitboxes on this game lol
@@garboplaysgames5233 onetime i was runnning away from 3 gigas as rex near twins and ONE UTAH Decided it would be a great idea to try and kill me for some reason i bit it in one try and ran into the woods because of the 3 gigas it was the worst timing ever

@@garboplaysgames5233 I fought them a little more on a deathmatch server and yielded the same results, I won like 3 times out of 50 and it just never worked after that, and they were making mistakes that I wasn't intending them to do and I did everything you showed in the video but they never worked
can come to the anoxmous server and we can try to help you and see where you're going wrong. Beating a super good utah typically results in the utah winning the tricks here are your best options to be able to shake a utah off.
@@garboplaysgames5233 pretty much 100 1v1s later and I just realized you didn't go over in the video how to deal with actual raptors who are good and know how to deal with this
I did XD ngl sounds like you dont have patience you're not gonna instantly in a few days whoop utahs when you dont know where you can actually hit people or have mastered how Z-drags, twirl bites and all that works. All I can say is keep practicing the matchup and you will find out what works for you.
