How To Know If It's Too Soon To Say 'I Love You' To Your Significant Other 

As someone who’s older than Matthew and has many more Life lessons under her belt, trust me - if a man wants you and loves you HE’LL TELL YOU to make sure he doesn’t lose you to someone else. Start holding back from seeing him so often, go out with friends, develop new interests, volunteer for a charity a few hours a week and when he sees what he’s missing he’ll find his voice, trust me! Being overly accessible is the ‘killer’ in any relationship and not being able to communicate is the final nail in the coffin so if he can’t talk openly now, you’ll have trouble further down the line. I wish you well but if he’s emotionally available, move on NOW and don’t waste your time: let him be someone else’s ‘project’. x
