Well, this confirmed it. I am average looking. I’ve read many comments on this topic and it’s the most logical one. If you truly want to know if you’re attractive or not, observe how the opposite sex treats you. And the opposite sex treats me, well, neutrally. Not overly positive or flirtatious, but at the same time I’ve never sensed disgust or repulsion. It’s been like that as far back as I can remember, until now at age 31. A lot of these experiences you talk about, fits my experiences perfectly…sans dating. I’ve never been on a date. I can’t say I’m not surprised, but at least I have closure. I too lost quite a lot of weight. I too am between 10-13% body fat and gained some muscle. Didn’t help one bit. Only my male coworkers ever complimented my body/muscles. I’m 5’9. Not short, but certainly not tall enough in MOST woman’s eyes. Also being Asian doesn’t help. And specifically being FILIPINO doesn’t help either. We’re the least attractive of the Asians. Being Korean, Japanese, or even Chinese is somewhat better nowadays, due to K-pop being more popular than ever on a global scale. But Filipinos are the Hispanics of the Asian community (darker skin and wider noses), and that doesn’t help. 31, virgin, never been in a relationship. It’s over with women. Actually, it never began. The only thing I have left now is to try and make more money and to try and enjoy life with better material possessions. 😢

Until I was about 26 I had fairly good hair which likely helped me attracting some girls that I actually thought were out of my league, then at 27 some balding started, my confidence went out the window, and the good looking girls disappeared, though I did eventually get married to a foreign good looking woman. After the marriage ended I spent some years as a sub average, fat, balding and was just invisible. Finally I decided I have had enough of being miserable, got hair transplants, improved my diet, started working out, even picked up salsa dancing and learned some banter. Yes, I had the same diffuse pattern, which is the worse you can have, as it goes all in one go, rather than thinning temples etc. But if you went to 40 without much hairloss, you will be fine, as the earlier it starts, the worse the outcome. I started losing hair at 17 I guess, which is awful. But I didn't notice it, until it was too late because of diffuse pattern, and lack of information. It's painful, but SMP helped me accepting it, as it looks "ok'ish". When I went bald, I dreamt about such thing, painting it with a pen, and thinking how nice it would be. I'm grateful I live in such a time, when it's an option. My girfriend still thinks it's my choice shaving, which is hard to grasp, considering she knows me for more than 5 years. As an average guy with social anxiety disorder, the things you’ve stated are practically what I’m going through. I tend to not be recognized, whenever I glance to a girl they tends to ignore or they give me a neutral look. Sometimes I’ve been unlucky and I’ve gotten repulsive attitudes by women , which detrimentally fucked me up leading to where I am now. It sucks being average with social anxiety.

The general rule of 6 ft, 6 figures, 6 pack actually guarantees nothing and is the bare minimum to even be considered in 2022. What really sets someone apart is social status which is incredibly difficult to 'self improve'.

You know, i can actually attest to everything you said in this video as I noticed these changes in behavior towards myself recently. I am around 5'11 and I was about 37 lbs overweight when I started a new job recently. The job is very physical so I'm on my feet for 10 hours a day 6 days a weak for peak season. I've since lost about 20 lbs and I noticed that people and especially the females treat me differently now than when I first started. I mean I wasn't ugly or anything at 37 lbs over but now at around 15 lbs over my goal weight I have noticed a marked difference in behavior; not only from others but from myself as well. My confidence has increased over this time I think due to the treatment improving towards me externally as well. Confidence affects how you carry yourself and both men and women respond to confidence better overall. I just ordered some nice cologne and I'm going to see if that even further improves my experiences.

Another good example would be the double take. A woman sees you and looks away only to look back at you again. The next one is the elevator look where they see you and look you up and down. I disagree with the smiling thing. Even if you are handsome, girls dont just go cheesing at men. Maybe they did in the early 2000s, but they dont now. Alot of women dont necessarily trust the smile of a handsome man. Also, environmental context is SUPER important. Its 95% of it. If you are at Applebee's and you smile at the waitress, shes likely going to smile back with enthusiasm because thats her job, not because you are handsome or ugly. And if you are at a club (Ive never been to a club, but I know what the setting is like), a girl might smile at you because shes tipsy and not completely in her right mind. That corrupts the pool and make it almost impossible for your profile to be seen. Not to mention, the app is a sausage fest. There arent as many women on dating apps as there is men, so competition is much more fierce. So stop looking at dating apps as a measurement of the reality of the dating field. I have some experience because I had a failed surgery that fucked me over. Before my surgery, I used to make competitions with myself of how quick I could sleep with girls. Let's just say we are measuring in minutes, not days... After that it's quite different. Women just aren't as into me now as they used to. Hmm you’ve made some interesting points I’ve never thought off. In general I’ve always thought women of being very kind and nice, and never take it as flirting though (kinda goes above my head if they flirt with me.) To me, there’s a huge difference in culture and preferences when it comes to women. I’m Colombian so my appeal is more toward other Colombian women or just latinas in general 🤷🏻♂️, I have sorta had a thing with white chicks but it’s mainly been Latinas. Only been in a serious relationship with 3 women, all very beautiful as I tend to have high standards for myself ( the current girl I’m with has been in modeling lol). I tend to have fairly beautiful female friends ( I go out of my way to make things as platonic as posible)… idk why they tend to be older too? The CEO, who was a 50 year old, 5'6" and looked like Woody Allen, at a small company I worked, for got divorced so joined a dancing club. In my country women just refused to dance with me when they didn't like me. One was feeling very awkwardly, because I then went into the same school, so she had either to ignore my turn, or accept it, being embarrassed. I didn't like her as well though in return. I always feel that cold stare and tension in groups from some women. I didn't see any girls asking anyone to buy a drink, as it's not the culture thing here to drink before dancing. But I've seen rejections for some males, including me. The reasons are different: mediocre dancer, a short one, a drunk one etc. I know if she rejected you the first time, it's about your looks probably. I never approach such females again. If she knows you from the salsa group, she will probably accept the offer, just because she knows she will see you again in the class. But some refuse anyway, haha. I think I'm 5, and I don't approach women. I just know I'm not good enough by looks.

Unattractive people on the other hand are screwed up as they are constantly treated as subhuman. Average guys are just invisible. No disgust but no looks as well. The good thing about be average or above is that you can attract women in so many other ways, if not at a glance. It's hard tell sometimes, as a side note, if the looks max or surgery is why, or you confidence level is what got the girl. Unless you had the same energy or confidence before maxing, you can then have a good confirmation.
sounds like racial preference is high (# of white women in clips) on the scale. I think race plays a major role. If you're a non-white male be sure to also be in the company of others races of women closer to your look. Outcomes can differ quite a bit.
I use stock footage from Storyblocks and there are just more clips of white women. I definitely think you are correct in that Non-white men will typically do better with women of their own race.
There is of course partial and even definite truths mentioned in this video. However constantly scaling the people around you is probably one of the most toxic ways to engage with your environment in a dating context. Instead as a below average looking guy find contexts in which you can engage in a non invasive way with females over longer periods of time and create emotional bonds that way. The ways you choose to engage with women by asking what they're drinking or tap their shoulders is not an effective way of making someone drop their emotional guard. However cold approaching in a bar is obviously super hard(unless you are extremely social or beautiful), hence make efforts to create bonds over a longer period and engage on a personal level without thinking she is petite 5 or whatever.

Do whatever you can to increase your look. Lose body fat, become fit, etc. despite shit being hopeless in this earth, you somehow have to do something to make life at least easier.

I found that lowering body fat helped me the most. When you get below 12%, your facial features become much more defined. Even at 15%, most people tend to carry a lot of weight in their face. Good luck!

I've concentrated on leanmaxxing and eating healthier the past few years so that has definitely helped with my appearance. Dating has gotten a lot of better and easier since looksmaxing, it's definitely night and day. I plan on highlighting this more in future videos. Luckily, the standard to get women is not Gigachad or nothing or 99.5% would be screwed lol

If you're having trouble figuring out where you stand, you're average. Average men get little to no feedback on their looks because they're just invisible due to not standing out. If you're either ugly or good looking people will let you know it.
