I absolutely recommend getting fitter and/or leaner if you don’t feel good about your body. Unlike a lot of things on this list, it’s something natural, and actually takes some hard work and discipline which boosts your mental health and confidence, rather than just slapping on makeup or fancy clothes. It don’t even have to be extreme, I literally lost 30 pounds over the last year just by cooking more at home and not keeping sweets and junk food in my apartment. Combine that with wearing contacts and better fitting clothes took me from a 5 or 6 to an 8, the difference in how people treat you is just night and day.

Great tips! Eyebrow maxxing is a real thing. I have thick dark eyebrows luckily so I usually just pluck them a little bit every once in awhile. Eating carrots definitely gives you the added boost of beta carotene. I try to eat carrots everyday even though I hate the taste of them lol

fashion is an S. i used to wear clothes just because its illegal to not wear clothes. but for the past 5-6 months ive created my own streetwear-minimal-y2k look. i always get compliments about my outfit and get always asked where my pants or my t shirt is from. any fashion aesthetic will get help out a ton but every aesthetic will be liked by a certain niche of women more than any genre/aesthetic

I'm in kind of a weird situation. I have no problem getting dates/sex off dating apps, but it definitely feels like I've plateaued with regards to looks level of the women. The best thing to do if you're going bald is to shave it all off and get a hair tattoo. People will still call you 'bald', but it makes a HUGE difference aesthetically to have some shadow covering the back and especially on top to frame the face. Takes at least 10 years off of your appearance.

Right, that's why I put it in B tier because blue eyes are pleasing to look at it but they are not the most important. There definitely could have been a confirmation bias while I was wearing them but they definitely help. I can definitely say from personal experience that having blue or green eyes can definitely help you. I have blue eyes with a tint of green in them, and I cannot begin to tell you how many girls have complimented me on my eyes. I even remember going to this one model audition, and although I didn’t get hired because of my height. (I’m 5’10 btw). One of the girls loved my eyes. And also. I think tanning is fine in moderation as long as you moisturize everyday. It can definitely give you a boost. Especially when it hides red marks/ acne on your face

Please make that hair transplant video I’m a Norwood 2-2.5 and have been since I started losing it at 22 (28 now) but i take finasteride so I have halted all loss. Still no real regrowth. I know multiple people at this point who went for the cheap HT in Turkey. I want to do it so bad. Love listening to your content. All the treatments I've got from women make more sense now. All the successes and failures. When a girl likes your look, then you can basically say whatever. Once they don't forget about it. I have always had a suboptimal hairline (no hair loss thankfully) but I will fix it with a hair transplant. My teeth are not bad but not great either so Invisalign will fix that. Then it's just to build a nice body and lean down a bit more. I'm lucky with eyes and jawline and have decent symmetry but now it's time to get even better. 179 cm so some boots and shoelifts to top it off. I was redpilled and bluepilled but it doesn't work. I make more money than ever and can travel whenever I want but girls don't give a shit about that unless you're like super rich and famous. Looks is the most important thing. Tanning is not D list for warm skin tone people, I'll rank it as high as A tier, don't believe me, take a trip to Miami and see for yourself. Shoe lift in S tier is funny to me, because you will go from hero to zero quick once the truth surface.
Looking back, I should have made the distinction for cool skin tone people. I think for warmer skin tones, tanning can work but for most people it's useless. I have just seen too many examples of people just looking orange. Even for warm tone skin people, it still damages their skin. As for shoe lifts, that's why I said not to go too crazy on them and just keep it to 2-3 inches. I was in Miami back in December of last year. It's definitely one of my favorite cities in the U.S. and you definitely notice a lot from a looks perspective.

Good advice, but I will say, balding isn't "optional" for some people. If you have horrible subhuman balding genes, then finasteride and even dutasteride might not be enough to stop the hair loss progression. I know some guys who are on 2.5mg of dutasteride and STILL losing ground with hair loss. To put that in perspective, their DHT levels are lower than female levels and they are still balding. Ethical surgeons (like IAHRS members, which are typically the top tier ones) will reject you if they don't think surgery is a good idea because you lack the donor density and you have too much balding to cover. Unfortunately hair loss is a supply and demand problem, and if there isn't enough supply to meet the demand, then you will only go from bald to balding, which isn't much of an improvement as women demand a FULL head of hair. So some men are just condemned to baldness and women do not want these genes passed onto their kids and they will refuse to date you. Now, I know some idiots might comment here and say "but I know bald guys who get women." This applies to maybe 10% of men. I've noticed that these men are all 6ft +, good head shape, good frame, and the right face to pull off the look. The average man who is 5'9 and probably doesn't have the frame will be a baldcel and will never get women. I will end my comments regarding hair with the same quote from Saint Hamudi. Great points here man! This is very true. I think for men who are NW5+, hair systems or opting to shave it off if they have a good head shape are probably the better options for them. I'll be making a hair transplant guide video soon and I will be discussing this exact point. Sometimes you have lost too much hair for hair transplants to be effective and it's unfortunate.

The gym definitely can help if you do it right. If you lean down through diet and exercise, this can definitely help tremendously. I didn't include plastic surgery in here as this was more of a soft looksmaxxing video. I will be making a future tierlist video on hardmaxxing.
Plastic surgery is only good if you have something obviously 'wrong' with your face. Most average looking guys don't really have anything to 'fix', but aren't handsome either.

The only solutions to dark circles are a decent concealer, lower blephoraplasty or fillers. Sleeping elevated on your back, cold compresses and caffeine are only temporary

Turkey does have some reputable IAHRS surgeons. The main advantage is the lower cost. If you’re in Europe, this is ideal but if you’re in the U.S., it’s a long plane ride but could potentially be worth it.

Yeah, luckily being 6'2.5 barefoot, I have never really had to wear them much. I have only wore them a handful of times. I definitely think it makes a difference even for taller guys. I think for shorter guys shoe lifts can definitely give them a boost.
