… these styles all go hand in hand and have been the foundation of my wardrobe since the time I was able to choose my own clothes as a child … oddly, I was not influenced by anyone in my family … they thought I was the odd one out …
Catherine Denuve comes to my mind when I think of elegance. Thank you for this video discussion. We all have something to learn about style and elegance, including good manners.
My style icon is the incomparable Dina Merrill. The actress, heiress, businesswoman and philanthropist was also a style maker with her classic and elegant clothes. Few could outshine her beauty and accomplishment right up to her death in her 90s.
Love elegance n this video makes me happy. I relate to every style because i hv always loved elegance. Ty fo always making us happy n appreciate life 🙏🙏
The same happens with me, I love all styles, although my style focuses on classic elegance, all the others reflect so much class and sophistication 💖 And your comment makes me so happy, I love knowing that you enjoy my content 💐
Preppy. Definitely preppy. 😁 And to think that I used to get offended when I was called ‘preppy’ as I was growing up. Now I’m embracing that as a part of my signature style.
I’m a fan of Princess Diana, her daughter in law Meghan and the late Jackie Kennedy. This is how I dress when I step out the door and it’s how I caught my husband. 😂😂❤
I have to say, a combination of them all. I don’t know what it is, and I know her style is popular, but Princess Kate just doesn’t fit. Maybe because she’s not brooding, I don’t know, but something’s missing.
“maybe because she’s not brooding”… 😂😂😂 I agree, but I think it’s because - my perception - she often doesn’t seem to fully inhabit what she’s wearing. I often have the impression that someone chose her outfit for her. It could use one more personal, unique finishing detail that she chooses: push up a sleeve, put a brooch someplace different from where she usually wears it, etc. The devil is in the details. She usually nails the more casual outfits, because she can add a more personal flair to the look, and not risk bringing down the entire House of Windsor. 🫤
You shouldn’t be a racist. That’s not elegant. On the video, there’s many diverse people who dress very elegantly. Be constructive instead of racist: post links with suggestions so that we all are inspired. Thank you for stopping racism.
