Look for a soft landing when training this. When you can finally do it without teeter tottering from one side to another it feels like flying. If your body has any tightness, stretch your back, hamstrings, etc. - whichever will hinder you via tightness/stiffness from completing the knees-to-chest tuck. You're not supposed to be slamming your hands into the obstacle! You should be floating over it with your hands helping to steady you, not impede your flight path.
