Most helpful video I’ve found. Let’s say you wanted to do a Bible study where even those who are considering following can be part of. How would you recommend making them feel at home in that environment?

Great question and I love that you’re thinking about that. One of the way people feel like they belong when they are known. I lead a small group on Sunday before church. They are all older believers that have become comfortable and are not interested in serving or growing. How can I motivate them to grow share gospel those things. They seem stuck in comfortable easy chair and don’t want to move.

What a good point and question. Stagnation does seem to come over time when we aren’t actively taking steps of faith. Sometimes taking someone by the hand helps. Can you take one of them with you as you do something to serve Jesus?

@@laurakrokos I have tried that. I have tried motivating them by making class exciting. I have tried giving them ideas. Then they say that’s a great idea how about you do it and let know how it works. It’s always I’m to tired or I’m to busy just one excuse after another.

Oh such a great question! I totally should have talked about that. Yes, that would be great if you want to do one through your church. But you can also do an outreach one at your house and just invite people.

Simple ~~How do you know what he Bible writers wrote down at the time is true ??

Great question! Lots of great stuff on this. Lee Strobel and Josh McDowell have a ton of great info on this. But a basic answer is that it was written down and passed on during the lifetime it happened. If it wasn’t true it would have been made known. But there are so many other great thoughts by the guys above.
