What do you do in a situation where the women in your group are not responsive/interactive? How do you help shy/ timid women.

Great question. You could say something like ____ I love to hear your thoughts. What do you think about _____? Or something like that. Affirm them and then ask them to share. Sometimes people are just more internal processors so they need some time to formulate their thoughts where mad the verbal processors or formulating as it comes out of their mouth. It’s a good idea to have the verbal processors share first.
