Center of the hand definitely helped me out, I always try to go all the way on my palms and just muscle my way into the handstand, just don’t have great balance that way
The tripod was actually pretty easy. I got it on the first. Try if you focus your legs your knees anger triceps it becomes pretty easy It make sure you don't focus too much Just relax
I just start by finding a park with like the soft grounds ( still kinda hard) and jump straight to the handstand. I slammed into the ground over around 30 times over a month and my body started to learn how to get off safely naturally ( the cartwheel is what came natural to me) however I still can’t do the handstand. Yet.
2 years of practice Im in great shape I know how to control my body and I know all sorts of tricks, but still cant do a handstand, is there something wrong with my body? its like trying to balance a spehere on a pyramid, my little brother is 11 and he knows how to do a handstand and hes just a regular kid?!?!?
The thing I can't do it kick up when I am alone when sir is there I can kick up even if sir doesn't catches my keg as I don't get scared and he makes us do on the mats when he holds us but on the ground I get so scared even though we keep our hands on mat and only feet on ground I can't kick up do you have any tips or do you know how to overcome you fear while falling down
Hi @bob_reese! I have been trying to teach my friend how to do a backflip but I SUCK at teaching, is there any way you could make a video on how to teach someone how to backflip?
Tried some wall handstands yesterday for the first time. Is it normal for your lats to hurt? I could feel a really deep lat stretch when I tried to come of the wall and hold my own weight. Otherwise my shoulders seem capable of carrying my body weight.
That’s actually a wrong way to learn a REAL handstand.. i would start from the frogstand into a handstand with muscle and not with swing.. if u train it only with ur muscle u will gain more than just a handstand.. trust me
Mann I’m having a hard time trying to make a single forward roll, i have so much fear of failing and breaking something that i just can’t do it, any tips? 😢
I know I can do a handstand I just got a learn how to stay in the position with my legs up because I feel like no pain when I went into the house and I know how to get out of it but it’s just I need to stay longer so that I can put my legs up
