It took me 8 years to be able to trade forex, I am happy for you, if you are able to trade forex at the age of 21, I am 34 years now, I started forex when I was 24years in 2014 but all I can say is that I am now doing better, but still learning.
I m a trader: making money depends on how much risk you take with how effective your strategy is. Yes making a lot is posible through risking big or simply going fundamentals. An amount of R5000 can become R100 000 in a second from one spike. Its posible , but needs guts and experience. Its not a scam: the essue is funding. Others have to be mentor to make money and fund , others go to work and fund from their salary. That just my mina hints...
My biggest mistake when trading was aiming for millions based on what i saw on social media... kante 5k a month makes a good start, the aim is consistency and growth
For those who my ask if one can become a trader for banks etc and the answer is YES you can however it's nit easy to break into the industry as most companies prefer students who went to top 5 university in South Africa. They are normally referred as Quantitative trader/Financial analyst. People who breaks into this field they have Quantitative degree, mostly post-graduate degree like mathematics, Physics or Engineering
You correct add economics those who did econometrics investment bankers is another way towards being a trader in banks and hedge fund companies like coronation, Marriott, PSG an others
Yeah they are highly exclusive and have strict requirements but it's nonsense to think you need some qualification to trade forex. It may be tye case if you want to be instituitional trader. Analytics and mathematics nah
I am a forex trader student.all i can say is,forex is real and it does give freedom but it is a challenging journey, you can be unprofitable for 5 years yet blowing your money but giving up is not an option..i don't care what anybody says, that thing is real and i understand not everyone has to do it,we still need doctors,Cashiers,Nurses,etc for world to function. Mentorships:yes i paid mentors about R2500 for their time since we don't know each other that deep so like every lecture they have to be paid for skill they provide,they also paid for it. Thank you

So I fully understand where they come from while I'm always happy to pay someone for their time and insights . As long as I willingly engaged them and asked for the service .

@Boni there is a alot of money in the trading industry , you just need more time to learn how it works. we buy on demand and sell on supply also on order blocks and imbalances. You need to analyse and find those demand and supply areas and place your orders.
You have a better chance at the Lotto than making quick money trading Forex. Forex definitely requires in-depth knowledge of the market trends, historic and current, world events and a lot of discipline and patience. Once you make an emotional trade you will lose. Something I learned trading was pay yourself at every opportunity you can and trade off of profits to avoid emotional trades.

That you can find on Tiran's channel but I'm sure she will answer you. This was a very basic introductry video . There is nothing technical in it, and I even edited out the part about money cos I didn't want it to be about that but wanted to understand the basics. Most people think (and I'm one of them) 😊who thought an interview with a forex trader will be about money money money . I wanted a different angle.
You can make it in a day cause sometimes is just luck... Depending on your account size, people make a million in a few hours and you can loose that in hours also... Even if you have 5 years of experience your setup can never be 100% all day every day... Market is so unpredictable but you don't need a year to make it... It can take you a week to learn and master a strategy and only use that kind of strategy to trade, you don't have to learn all of them, other strategies are just there to confirm the trade
Forex is not a Scam just because people are struggling to understand the market then they feel like it is not working. I will advice you to check how I trade for better understanding the market

Went to this girls channel, she has a video about having a 95% winning strategy... I'm no forex expert but that is a red flag!! It means 9 out of 10 trades are successful
Professionals are not even close to that win rate yet a 3 year experienced retail trader claims to have 95% just to catch students attention and make money from them, wicked!
Simple, she is lying. This chick is or was associated with fx goats con twins, they are more of forex marketers and definetly not traders. Rolio Jack exposes them clean. They don't have the skill but have mentorship and signal group, very strange. Forex is not betway.
My Question for her is why is it that almost all of South African Forex traders are selling signals and also into mentorship business if indeed they can trade? and worse part more than 80% of them are making money only on the business side of it not really trading.I have watched Rolio Jack reviewing their signals and all I can say is people are being looted out there😅.For mentorship it's a bit understandable but signals and even beginners are now offering courses and signals
I can't answer for 80% of the traders but I can answer for me I do mentorship and signals in 1group (which my group is not strictly for signals but knowledge too) Some people are so lazy, some don't have time to analyze and some don't even know what's happening therefore they depend on signals from there As for profitability, I don't understand how can one sell signals without them being profitable 🤔🤷🏽♀️doesn't make sense to me as it doesn't make sense to you

Forex Course Is also being offered in Universities, at UJ they call it Advanced Diploma in Financial market... The Amount of fees you pay there is ridiculous than that of a Mentor. My Advice is just look for a Legit Mentor with a Track Record.. Avoid these Famous Mentors because they dont normally have time for their Students because they are busy with Lifestyle.
Personally I've never believed in a robot or even indicators These staff may work for a week or less, they constantly want to be updated according to market conditions so it's a no no for me, rather master price action, you'll never go wrong there

She's not profitable herself. Ask her for her annual trade history. Scammers never reveal good way of spotting scams in interviews because it exposed them too.

You literally went for a wrong forex trader. Those who make money selling signals and asking people to join a certain broker using their links.. People who should be answering these should be those who make money strickly from the market.
What is wrong with sharing a broker? Isn't that similar to affiliate marketing? Where people who use certain products share them with their audience and get commission from it? Isn't it a similar concept or something ?

Those boys closed the company without warning them, they had to start from zero. Where was trading money in their accounts? Most of South African traders trending on Instagram are forex influencers. If you want to lose money, follow them . Ask thousands of students who trusted Tiran and his bosses. It's been years, and she's still a struggling trader.

In life you have 2 choices its either you take a risk or work for risk takers Forex is legit but It won't work for you if you have a little knowledge that is why is advisable to get a mentor not keep reapting the same mistakes again nd again
I look at it as levels of risk. Everything in life has some level of risk (even breathing). But different things have different risk levels. Forex trading is high risk while getting a job at checkers as a cashier for example can be considered low risk and more stable. Every other option/ job / career in between has different risk / reward ratios. You just choose what works for you as a life strategy.
Guys lets stop the ignorance! Mentors charge because ya'll are taking their time. You need to pay for other peoples time! It's just another sort of income outside trading and nothing wrong there! Remember, a university can't promise you a job, and that's why people get frustrated when they can't find a job with that particular qualification.

Personally for my time I'll definitely charge you because I'll have to pause other things just to teach you. Which also I always recommend people to check out my RU-vid where I share free information which is the same as I'll be teaching you, but once you say you want 1on1 classes, I'll definitely charge you and no one is forced to pay🤷🏽♀️

All I can say is, if you see people flexing and posting a lavish lifestyle on social media run the other way because most of those people/influences can't trade, they get paid by brokers who they promote, they sell signals ect. Trading is very difficult to learn and takes years to to get good at it. If you want to be successful at trading get a mentor. Only about 10% of traders make money from the markets so it's very difficult to be a profitable trader.

Hey Fortune, this was an introductory video which means it had basics of trading for someone with no clue like myself so I didn't want it tonbe technical because I wouldn't be able to answer or engage in that conversation but I've noted most of the comments and have gained some knowledge which can make the next one better, should I get another guest. On money, 😊we spoke about it offline, but I didn't want it to be part of this conversation. The question, though, was, " What have you been able to buy or do with your money?" and she listed things, but somehow, it didn't make it to the post edit.
@@liferesetwithboni Alright my sister, it always fun and inspiring to hear those numbers. I myself just came back to the market after a long break, my issue was always with having funds but since I'm working I am able to put funds because funding with R150 like before was always a problem, one wrong trade I'm out of the market and back then I wasn't a big fan of risk management/stop loss it was a disaster 😅😅😅. Now I have a good mindset and prepared to trade, make good money and stay in the market.
