Hit lvl 34 and havent played in 2 years at least. Been playing the game again for 2 weeks now and im already lvl 36. Im not sure how people arent leveling up faster. Just gotta do your raids, catch everything, and excellent throws.
@@xxbig_lxx2747 even if you’re in a small city like me who has a lot of gyms here. NO ONE PLAYS. Can’t do any 3 or 5 Star raids because there’s never anyone joining and I’m not strong enough to solo. Also I’m bad at excellent throws
@@xhearthfirex6571 you’re on the internet I see. Have you considered posting somewhere to get more friends? You can have up to 200… and you can coordinate with them outside of pogo to do your raids together. Especially if you’re not alone in this position.
@@xhearthfirex6571 there are a lot of discord servers and apps for you to coordinate remote raids(which is what I do since no one plays pogo around me :))
level 47 here. this video is legit helpful. new players need to watch this as soon as they start playing Pokémon Go to maximize their XP gain. friendship is the key and December 2020 2X XP full month event and 3X XP Fletchling March 2021 holy heaven
This video came up on recommended for me. HUGE props to you for getting this far F2P. I'm sadly/thankfully a "far from free to play" player and managed to hit Level 50 on February 17th. Bunch of my friends are on the grind from level 40 and upwards and I mainly recommend Excellent throws to them for leveling up. You gave me a bunch of new ideas to tell them. Thank you so so much :)

It took me a day to hit level 30 on both of my alternate accounts. It’s an obnoxious grind. After level 30 it gets steep. Lost my OG 2016 account a little over a year ago. Got to 44 in a year 💪🏽 grinding it now
@@freinkbah3830 facts lmaoo both days I did it were 12 hour grind days I had off from work. Took me a sun-up/sun-down to do both, but yea. The amount of lucky eggs you get in the early levels mixed with the density of stops and Mons in my area makes it hella possible. I mean I ran up well over 2mil xp today on my main and that was casual play, rolling blunts all day long and auto-catching/hatching on an egg.
I’ve been taking the excellent throws seriously for the last week or so. I hit 221 on community day and my lowest has been 64 in a day. It really is making a big difference. I went from making around 1 million xp per week to making about 2 million per week just with the excellent throw focus
@@XmortoxX1990 nice!!! That’s how I first started. I would say pick one Pokémon that you think is easiest. Stick with that one mon while you start to get a feel for which other Pokémon have similar and different distances. Then go for the mons with the same distance as the one you’re practicing. It sounds dumb but you’ll get better pretty fast. I played for 4 months before I decided to try and take throws seriously, I went from MAYBE 1-5 throws by luck a day to hitting 50 minimum. Also it sounds obvious but just make sure you try every single throw. If you’re out on a walk and you run into, say 50 mons, don’t just throw every ball lazily. Try every single time and it will make a huge difference
I started playing this game a bit more then a month ago and I am level 30 now. Free to play other then a few remote raid passes when my gf wanted to do some raids when I was new to show me them. It's going well. I'm here to learn more about the game and get knowledge, thanks for the video!
😭😭 I’ve been playing since day 1 in 2016 and have been playing on and off but I’m back at it again. I’m at lvl 39 and about 2.5 milli away from 40. Gosh it seems so impossible cause I’m rusty on my excellent throws and I have no pokestops around to consistently be sending gifts. Thank you for this guide.🙏🏾
i started playing hard just a few months ago, in about november. then i was at 14 million xp now im at 32 million, so if i continue that rate i will reach level 50 in like 2022. this is actually very helpful so thank you :)
I reached level 40 last year and I’m now level 43. I’m going to be stuck at this level for a while because I need 10 million XP to reach level 44. I wonder how long it’s going to take to get to level 50.
Best tip: add a whole bunch of randoms and wait until you have 40 that have sent you gifts and haven't levelled up their friendship with you at all, wait until a bit before daily reset and pop a lucky egg, open 20 gifts and level up 20 friends to lvl 1, then wait for the reset and open another 20 gifts. This will get you 240,000 exp just from opening gifts and then you can do some mass evolves and rake in hundreds of thousands of exp in half an hour. I'm trying to get the 40 lined up for great friends and if I can manage that then the exp from one lucky egg would be 800,000 which is kind of insane when you think about it....
I feel like going with ultra friends is the way instead of best friends. 50 ultra friends plus lucky egg gives you 15 million xp in 3 months while 50 best friends plus lucky egg only gives you 10 million
The only 2 best ways to increase XP fast, like really fast is to host one 5 star legendary raid a day and invite up to 10 friends a raid (I use go friend for this)- you can get up to 40000 XP for each raid and that’s without a lucky egg. Avoid joining a raid as far as possible. Be the host of the raid so you get 10000 for defeating the raid boss and 3000 for reaching good friend status with each of the people you invite. Second method is levelling up to ultra and best friend. 50 and 100k XP without a lucky egg really cumulates.
I'm at 126 million so I'm kind of stuck (for the time being) at lvl 48. Great video. So much easier to get xp these days which even makes some boring things (like attacking gyms) worth while :)
@@konnorplaysgames4910 Hmmm, I believe you will need a lot more than that for around 3 million XP without a lucky egg. Excellent throws alone without a lucky egg: 3,000,000 / (1000 + 100 + 20) = 2679 That number could be slightly less if you get some of those throws first try as well.
people who have been playing since 2016 and arent level 40, f2p or not, cant call themselves players since 2016..even without friendboost, as long as you catch or raid a bit everyday, you would make it and new xp changes are even easier
(3000+10.000+50.000+100.000xp) / 90 days = 1811 xp per day per friend. It would be more beneficial to open one gift, take the 3000 xp and delete that friend (if you reach the cap) and submit your trainer code on a website to befriend a new trainer. Or am I wrong?
I have plenty of weedles and pidgeys from the kanto event. And im planning to utilize the 2x xp from evolving during spotlight hour this coming march... Question, does the xp will be granted to me after the mass evolution or should i pop off the lucky egg at the start of the hour and the xp will just stack up?
So what is your exact method for getting 1-2 million xp every lucky egg? You didn’t really explain it clearly. I have got 600000 xp from one lucky egg but that’s it I got 2 best friends 3 of the second level friends Then 28 new friends Then did some evolutions until the time ran out
1 million XP? Are you mixing like ultra buddies (I’m assuming multiple) and best buddies with the lucky eggs with evolutions and other xp gainers? Before I would only do evolutions with lucky egg. Now I’m waiting to get multiple friendship levels at the same time with a mix of first catch and spin of the day with gift sending and opening and evolutions
A friend told me that once you are best friends you get 100k xp per raid that you do with them. I've never seen that in any official source but wanted to ask to make sure I'm not missing something (I don't have any best friends to test)
Yup, basically what KingArtoriusTV said! Just for clarity, your raid XP is solely based on the tier of the raid you completed. You do however get a best friend attack bonus if you are raiding with a friend at that respective friendship level :)
1 question: if i have a friend in another state that i don't know and i miss 1 day to be ultra friend. Do I have to open his gift box and send him 1 myself or is it enough that I only open his package on the day I miss?
Im currently level 40, I have way over the required xp to hit level 41 but I haven't completed the challenges, what happens to the extra xp i have gained? Does it help me go from level 41 - 42 once I complete the challenges to level up to 41?
i am stuck at lvl 37 and it always makes me fell like giving up cuz: my father startet wayy after me. i was around level 30 and my father quickly overtook me. I am now level 37 and he is 41 and he always says to me that I just have to catch more but I just want to know HOW!? maybe I should just give up
I just hit lv 44 and I had a question I got 5 Pokémon at the lv 50 and feed one 2 lv50 will it count on my lv46 challenge to power up a pokemon to 50 or will it not count cuz I did it before that challenge 🤔???
Unfortunately, it will not. You have to level 3 of them up to 50 during that portion of the grind. The Pokemon you previously invested won't count towards it 😕
Ive a question that ive been trying to figure out but cant. I come to you since you know so much so here we go. Today my girlfriend and i caught a bulba. She player lvl 37 caught a 100% iv one and me player lvl 35 caught the same bulba but was higher CP but shit iv's. How is this possible?

I'll push for 40 and then go easy in the rest: I feel some challenges are out of my range due to where I've (I just know I won't catch 100 Pokemon in one day) P.S: Also, my ares is not very active, and the only community is in an University and exclude everyone who's not an student (my brother tried twice to add me, but they were denied), so the catching, evolution and berry methods will do to me, do you have a berry farming method by the way?
Download Pokémon Home, then transfer any Pokémon to it, you’ll get a mystery box in Pokémon Go, use it and you will have 1 hour of catching a bunch of meltan. You’ll get 100 easy, plus timer it with spotlight hour and there’s no way you can’t catch a bunch of Pokémon no matter where you live.

I've been playing since 2016 and i just want to reach lvl 38 so i can propose stops and gyms in my area because i live in an area with NO STOPS OR GYMS for kilometers and we keep getting locked down for pandemic. and we have so many places that would make good stops and gyms! but no i'm not high enough level, but how can i get high enough level to propose new stops when there's nothing to give me XP except catching and battles? it's so annoying.
