1) Take one day at a time 2) Learn to let things slip 3) You don't have to be the one to have the last word 4) Learn to allow things to burn to the ground (no forcing things) 5) Prioritize laughter and smiling (especially in situations that try to spike anxiety in you or make your freak out or get mad or panic) 6) Actively, always ask for help 7) If you miss someone, call them and text them. I thought I was the only one that escapes from my problems by sleeping. This is so effective. If not this, then movies or music. Worrying is so exhausting.
It's very true sleep it out, my car would not start the other day I let it go walk to where I was going and actually sleep in the night time and in the morning I went to it and it started
