One of the ways that I incorporated a soft life into my corporate job was by making my desk presentable with magazines and ornaments that helped to ease my anxieties, being intentional with my breaks outdoors, treating myself with an artisan drink and snack at the local bakery, the way that I embraced my femininity with my colleagues and always making an effort with my appearance and not feeling ashamed for doing that( I’ve had fellow colleagues ask me why I make such an effort 😭) ❤

Love this! I recently transitioned into a slower paced career where I manage a Pilates studio after working in cosmetic dermatology research for years.. it was so exhausting and I now feel so much more in line with my purpose teaching Pilates. I’m also a personal trainer and would love to start posting more gym content, so that mic idea would be perfect to just start getting more creative with my posts!

I’ve been out of the corporate world for almost a year and one of my biggest focus has been living a soft life and redefining what luxury means for me - for example, coming home to a clean cute space is more luxurious than owning a bunch of name brand stuff that clutter my space. I’m just realizing how hard it was being in my soft feminine energy while I was a software engineer just bc the nature of the work and it being such a male dominated field, but if I ever go back I believe I have the tools and mindset now to move through the corporate space differently. Also think I missed the giveaway deadline but I still wanted to share - this year I’m going to start playing the violin again at least twice a week! I used to play for ~10 years but stopped in college. Now this week I’ll be getting some new strings then implementing some structured practice time ☺️

I have a high-pressure executive role and it’s really stressful. I’ve always been a decorator “hobbiest” and enjoyed investing time and creativity into decorating in the three homes I’ve purchased over the years moving from coast to coast. Now that I’m likely not moving again anytime soon I’m obsessed with ornamental gardening and nature….so peaceful❤

Lovey tips! I love dressing up as well- even my sweatpants are baby pink:) For me, my whole corporate life changed when I got a job where I could work remotely most of the time. I invested in some cute loungewear and now wfh is such a lovely vibe :) A giveaway, how nice! I’ve really been wanting to draw more lately and experiment with new mediums. I just found your videos a few days ago and I have been loving your content so much. You are literally living the life I want to live. I am a corporate girl in tech too (frontend development and UX design), I recently started painting too! I did my first painting and I was so proud of myself. I have so many things I am interested in, which I do out of work, I make shoes, bags, and wallets too, I crochet, and I do hair and nails and your video about liking many different things really helped me to know that, me liking and wanting to do so many different things is completely okay and normal. I was forced out of the corporate world and ended up in hospital and being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease after burning my self out. I was forced to change my lifestyle and now living a softer lifestyle. I would love to start marbling classes but still unable to find a class nearby to attend.

I work in tech, was a violin performance major in undergrad. Accepted that I wasn't built for the gig life (finding out I am inherently soft life, lol) and switched careers. I got an electric for my birthday this year. I didn't realize how much I needed a creative challenge (never used pedals or a loop machine a day in my life!). My goal this year is to create at least two soundscapes using the effects pedals, loop machine and audio editing software. This journey just reminds me of how much I liked my Music Tech elective and glad that I am putting that to use, this time for my own personal enjoyment.

I started making body care things like body scrubs, body butters, and body wash as a hobby (kind of been slacking a bit with it because of school) but I love process of learning how formulate (I'm a biology major so science is MY JAM). The process of looking up different ingredients, especially fragrances gets me so excited. So I'm trying to get back to that, but also I want to develop this hobby into a side hustle and I'm kind of scared to put myself out there. Nonetheless I'm actually taking baby steps and working towards it. @onedandieday

I always love watching your videos your ideation and concepts are always so practical And takes the anxiety out of just doing life. I wanna start doing content creation, specifically- User generated content. I have a list of things I need to invest in but a big one is backgrounds to fit the aesthetic for each product. Helloooo, thank you so much for these tips! I do athletics, and I'm sprinter, and I love moving my body really fast and feeling the adrenaline. I also lift weights and have a very muscular body. On the other hand, I want to keep and improve my feminine energy and leave aside all the aggressiveness from university, work, and sports, which can sometimes bring a very masculine energy. Currently, I do yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ in my local gym. I wish to be a soft woman, which works the inner sid and is kind and intuitive. To help me do that, I would like to start painting and read more books, be more creative, and be away from technology and other distractions. @paulona Thank you 🌹

Love this list! Building off of your idea of being present I recently found a love for acupuncture on a bi weekly basis. I’m interested in investing in my own stationary cycling shoes. As if February I began my journey, I’m already 10 rides in and love it!
