Hello! Is it possible your scale isn't set to 100%, or your horizontal / vertical offset is set to something greater than 0? Also, it might be helpful to try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver, this has seemed to fix some issues for other people with this printer. Let us know if this works!
I have a question plz help if u can I try to print a test label like you did and I saw that yours had writing on it. Mine will not do any writing when I do the test label like you did, and it randomly stopped working after i put new labels in…it will just not put any thing on the label anymore. Could it have went out now I use it a lot. I’ve had mine for awhile and out probably 2, 000 labels through it. Any help would be great. Thx 🙏
Hello! Is it possible you are not using the correct label type? This printer only accepts direct thermal labels. You can tell if your labels are direct thermal by scratching them with your nail. If a mark appears, then you're using the right label. If it doesn't, then you have thermal transfer labels, which is why your labels won't print. If you are using the right labels, you could try deleting and then redownloading the printer driver. This has been a solution in the past for people having issues with the iDPRT SP410. We don't think 2,000 labels should have caused your printer to go out, but this is a cheaper printer that we've seen have a lot of issues, so it could be possible. Let us know if this helps!

I got them from Amazon and they were the iDPRT labels but I guess not the right ones. But now i know what labels I have to get. And what to look for now. I have an issue with trying to print a pdf file thru adobe.. I have the image cropped as a pdf, 4x6 settings and my printer connected but when its time to send it, nothing gets received/printed

Hi there! Since your labels are skipping, first try turning your printer on and off and reloading your labels. Then, try manually calibrating your printer. Hold the blue button until it flashes twice and it will manually calibrate. Lastly, ensure that the size of your label is the same size your printer driver is set to. Let us know if this helps!
when i try to recalibrate my printer it does not work. i am holding the blue button it continuously feeds the labels. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the drive software and i continue to have the same issue.
Hi there! Maybe try performing a calibration through your Printing Preferences. Go onto your computer and search Printers & Scanners. Right click on your printer, and select Printing Preferences. Select Advanced, and click the Test tab. Select Calibration, and see if your printer will successfully calibrate. If this doesn't work, please let us know. You may need to reach out to the iDPRT customer service as there may be a mechanical problem with your printer. We hope this helps!

Hmm, could you possibly try printing with a different USB cord? Sometimes that fixes the error state. We're sorry but we are not entirely sure why your printer isn't working, usually uninstalling / reinstalling the driver fixes the issue. have had this printer 4 months. i NEVER prints correctly. I've wasted so many labels. When you print multiple orders, it prints so off center they are unusable. I've tried everything suggested in comments. It's a paperweight at this point and not worth the money I spent.
