Fabulous video Beth, you're very committed to keeping yourself in tip-top shape, well done! As for "cleaning out a drawer", it's a great idea, and I find any sort of cleaning activity, whether it's dusting ornaments, polishing brass or cleaning a drawer to have the effect of lifting ones mood; it gives you a small sense of accomplishment, and at the same time, distracts you from your worries. Lots of great ideas here, Beth. Planning your beauty routines out like that really keeps things on track, and I've been thinking about making a beauty schedule, because I keep forgetting to do things, and all the beauty equipment in the world doesn't work if you forget to use it. Plus, your CBT idea is very effective. Doing something like organizing drawers gives one a sense of accomplishment and purpose, which we all need. You're the best! Merry Christmas!

Here is a fun idea for a video: Vermont Country Store sells the Tangee Collection of makeup. Our mothers used this stuff and reading the reviews, many in their 70s and 80s still use it. The lipstick and blush go on and change color depending on your body chemistry. There is also a normal cream to powder foundation, mascara, lip gloss and Eau de Toilette.

Absolutely love that you have found carnivore! I started out Keto 7 years ago and gradually morfed into what some call " ketoarvore" which is mostly carnivore with the occasional keto item adding . Beth thank you for this video. I love your thoughts for the day at the end so don’t stop them. I love the idea of doing something like cleaning out a drawer. You can also do on grocery shopping day, clean one shelf in your refrigerator before going to the store. In 6 weeks your whole refrigerator is clean. Dear Beth, I really do love how dedicated you are to your appearance and your inner beauty. It’s very inspiring to watch your videos and the effort you put into giving your community the best of you and your ideas and routines! You are a wonderful human being. I think you should include whatever makes you feel good because how you feel when you are creating content truly shines through and will brighten your day as well! I am mostly dedicated to my serums and my Retin A, but really haven’t made the space in my day for my Dermarolling face and body, facial masks and Nuface. I work out of the home 5 days a week and am exhausted by the time I get everything else done that needs my attention. I am going to really put more effort into creating a schedule and deducting time. I will be 74 in February and the older I get the more I feel I must do to keep what I have. I wish I could simplify my self care but I do not see a light at the end of that tunnel. Hi Judy. Thank you so much for your comments. The more I read at the cholesterol issue the list I am convinced and having high cholesterol is bad for us. I am still doing research about that though as I have to admit, it is a bit of concern. I just know that in terms of my IBS, though I am feeling truly great which is wonderful. I plan to do the diet for 30 days and report back to you all. Not sure about it for the long term yet. God bless you and have a great Christmas.

You are so disciplined and a great inspiration. I will buy the beauty supplies that you recommended. I already use NuFace but was on the fence about Nira. Cognitive therapy is excellent. The brain believes what it hears and behavior changes will happen thru repetition and will go into ' muscle memory'. I also say positive affirmations every day - about five. I also say about five things that I am grateful for each morning as I walk the dogs and I say a prayer for those that need it during that time. Hi Jean. So far I have been on the carnivore diet strictly for the last 2 1/2 weeks and I have to admit that except for a couple of days where I snuck in a Diet Coke, my digestion has been just perfect. I plan to do it for 30 days and then report back to you all. I know what you mean about it being tough to switch from a vegan or vegetarian too so much meat. I had the same problem about five years ago when I went from vegan to Paleo. Even then, it got rid of the rest of the information I had from arthritis so for me and meet seems to work. I’ve watched her transformation over the last two years on carnivore. I’m a believer! I am mainly carnivore, however I do eat avocados. I’m doing, or was doing really well until thanksgiving and Christmas rolled around. With all the cooking and baking I’ve slipped🙁. Hi there. I am fortunate that I really don’t seem to have problems yet with those smokers lip lines. If I did have them though, I would use the Nira on them. The Nira really does reduce wrinkles. Right now though, I would wait to order it because the company is having some problems with having sold too much over Christmas. I would definitely wait on that. Hi Beth! I invested in a few beauty tools during the black Friday sales (thanks to your recommendations). I bought a Nira, Dr.Pen, LED face mask, Myolift and a skin spatula. This is in addition to the face blaster, derma files and gua sha stones. My counter is pretty full and I'm looking for the best way to organize these. If I put them in drawers or a closet, I will forget about them. Do you (or any of your subscribers) have a suggestion? Thank you and Happy New Year! P.S. I started carnivore too and LOVE it!

I am so glad you were also liking the carnivore diet! I have now been on it 30 days, and my IBS is pretty much gone. It is an amazing thing! Organizing your beauty devices, I think I would find a place where you do something else and then store them there. For instance, I work out five mornings a week in my basement workout room and I have a little shelf where I keep my devices. It is a heart problem though I know. Also, sometimes I will put the device and with his court in a baggie so that I don’t lose the cord. If anyone has any other ideas about this, I would appreciate them because it is a problem. I hope you have a happy new year!

You know, I have not been using the Omnilux as it tends to give me hyper pigmentation issues. For most people, it removes excess pregnant but unfortunately, I am not one of them. I wish I could use it more.

Hi Stephanie, actually, my hip replacement is in early March here in Wichita. I am going to Cleveland clinic for my thyroid procedure. I went to an expert which I am happy about as he said I do not actually need thyroid surgery just this new procedure. I will share the details in my video about it. Thanks for watching! You are an inspiration. You are right on top of taking care of yourself and so very discipline. As far as your weight, you look good at 123 pounds too. I know, we all have to do what we like best. I would think you are on the low end of normal according to height and weight charts….I would think. I struggle with my weight so being on the low side of normal weight would be an absolutely dream to me. I don’t look as well in the face at my target weight. I have high cheekbones and i hollow out in the area just below them if I lose too much weight and that is even at my target weight. It’s not a good look. My body looks good in clothes but not my face. I guess, I have to decide between face or Fanny.😂 I have heard we lose fat in our face as we age. I have plenty of fat everywhere else….not fare.😂 You are fortunate to have those fuller cheeks at your target weight. Merry Christmas Beth!

Yes, vegan versus carnivore is very controversial. Unfortunately, though, my IBS is almost nonexistent on carnivore, which makes me very happy. I will do a video at the 30 day point as I am still evaluating it. It sounds like you have absolutely the best devices! Hi Bonnie. I have also heard that too but I think that is primarily about an office procedures. Any RF you could buy a home device is probably not very strong. Ohmygosh I tried the carnivore diet!!! About 5 months ago. I tried it actually not over indulging to a crazy amount of fat but, I did follow it just eating fat and good clean beef. I GAINED SO MUCH WEIGHT!!!!! 😝I really watched every tutorial about what and how to do this and it did nothing. But, make me miserable. I’ve gone back to my normal 1000 Or close to it calorie and around 20 carbs a days lost th weight and am back to my nice slim figure.

I buy the 5 percent tretinoin from Amazon, an the 1 %. But it comes in a gel. Turns my cheeks red, so gonna use the 5%. I've used tretinoin for 30 years , guess it's just to strong. Does that happen to you? From your outfit of the day pic...I thought you were about 5' 2". But you are taller than me.. I'm 5' 4". Wish I was 5' 6". Unfortunately I had a very short mother 4' 11" an a 6' 3" dad. Must have looked funny. More an more I find myself buying everything from Amazon. I just bought a leather lambskin jacket an Naturalizer shoes . Love Amazon. My son in Austin just sent my favorite snacks. So nice to open the door and find gifts. Find myself turning to RU-vid to see if you made new video. So nice on a cold day, to snuggle in up an watch. Merry Christmas.

A few years ago she had schlerotherapy to get rid of the veins. I was so impressed, I had it done on one hand ($1400) and now my hands look like "Before" and "After." When I have extra money I'll get the other hand done. I use Ambi Face Cream from Amazon for spots. Serums and creams for my face and neck also go on the back of my hands.
