These tips are genuinely fantastic. I’m a woman and super into hair care, and what he says in less than one minute is generally all you need to know. Follow this video and you will absolutely see results with everything.
100% agree with this. The difference in my appearance and therefore confidence over the past 4/5 years has been exponential. Can’t recommend this highly enough. Discover your best self gentlemen 👊🏻💪🏼🏆
I was level 1 in high-school. I was chubby, greasy as hell, acne ridden, wore crappy, baggy clothes, had braces, never went outside. Now I'm down 80 pounds and working out to not be skinny anymore, I'm tan from working in the sun all day, my teeth are straight and white and I'm slowly obtaining clothes that look good on me. For the first time yesterday I walked by the mirror and wasn't ashamed of who I saw looking back at me. The kicker is I was never really that ugly, just kind of funky and awkward. Now I'm watching myself glow up, and whenever I run into old classmates they look like a deer in headlights when they see me. My acne is finally starting to clear up. Give it another year or two of going to the gym and working on it, I may be beach ready for the first time in my entire life. What I've learned is that very few people are actually straight up ugly, just awkward, unhealthy, and a little too stressed out.
Time to put this into action. Will update in January 1st 2024. Update 8/3/24 - maintaining the weight loss. MUCH MUCH harder than losing the weight because it feels stagnant instead of chasing something. Focused on resistance training as it helps you not look like a melted candle 🫡 update 9/5/23: Still going, thanks for the support fellas
You may start looking pretty after looksmaxxing, but without proper redpill you'll still get drained by women for their self-interest. Equip yourself with knowledge
@@an_omega_wolf it’s literally just ways to take care of your physically and mentally, there no “pill” concept or anything like that it’s just life and how to improve it
This is a great guide for everyone of any age and gender (except the beard part for women). We really need to do the basic of actually living healthily because health is paramount in making you look and feel good.
I cannot stress how important vitamin D is and how happy I am that you mentioned it. Especially for people that live in places that have shorter days for a good part of the year. Vitamin D deficiency is linked to some very serious chronic illnesses that you do not want to mess with (i.e. MS). Great video!
You deffinitely forgot arguably the most important one, Orthodontics if your teeth are crooked and your bite is misaligned, go to a good, top tier, orthodontist, invest some money and in 1-2 years you will be a whole new person. this literally turned me into an 8 from a 4, because it fixed my weak chin caused by my missaligned overbite.
Chronic stress is no joke. I’ve been dealing with it for the past few years and the effect on my appearance has been drastic. Also for some reason my nose decided to become ludicrously misshapen, no explanation.
For those who are adding a moisturizer for skin care when your rubbing your face always rub upwards your fighting against the wrinkles not down or that will add to the wrinkles
Genuine advice brother. Never change your type of content it would really help if you can make a looksmaxx for ethnics like indians too as we are always neglected.
Bruh, I knew mewing was gonna be on here. I've been doing it for 3 straight years and I'm now complimented regularly on my jawline. It really has worked for me. Some people call it pseudoscience, but that shit really works.
as a woman, a lot of us already do these things every day like its second nature. Its sad because these are things that help everyones appearance, yet only women are taught how to do this from a young age, most men have to figure this stuff out on their own in their 20s. Its really not fair.
@@michikatsutsugikuni4096 never met a guy who was taught practically anything about self care beyond shaving, showering and deodorant... Sometimes not even that last one...
women learn these things because ugly women aren't really worth much. Men are taught to be strong and deal with things and be smart because if theyre not, theyre screwed. but is not unfair. actual unfair things is not things like this
@@Andreabay90 I mean just because what I was talking about is unfair doesn't mean what you're talking about isn't *more unfair*. They can both be unfair :P
I appreciate this. You give me the motivation to start the journey of finding myself and loving myself. I'll use this comment to keep everyone updated using edits.
The kollagen suplement is interesting, gua sha, undereye mask, also what I would recommend people to try is a hair mask which is much more nutrient wise beneficial to hair compared to hair conditioner. Rosemary oil is something im gonna get too!
man you are right. Im working night shift while working on everything. The night shift takes my glow away cuz I always look tired. It affects my confidence cuz I know I look a bit tired. next step is getting off nightshift
Don't do that.....IF the nightshift makes you MORE money, then it's probably not worth losing. Besides ALOT of nurses work night shifts coz it pays well and yes they do look tired.....but they wouldn't sacrifice that for the world
Excellent content. I want to add the tips that changed my life completely : Level 1: Meditation. Know yourself. Love yourself. This will change you from the inside out. Stop relying on prescription drugs. Level 2: Quit smoking , alcohol and drugs. Level 3: Remove tv and social media from your life.
I’m doing this from a long time and guys this works but sometimes you lose to do all the activities in a day, but don’t get demotivated by that just keep going it works ❤
This is so much helpful information! Thank you! I am doing all of these except Gua, eye/sleeping mask, mewing and taking beta carotin. Going to do some research on these things asap! I am also taking the long "hard" route, as I have been on braces for the last 6 months. I also did a hair transplant 3 months ago. I hope that looking like a bald geek will pay off some time in the future! Right now I am focusing on cutting some body fat after a long bulking season.
This is amazing but the one rhing I would change is mewing in level 3, just start in the beginning because its a long term habit so the earlier you start it the better the effect
for all my people confused about which skincare products to buy: CeraVe The ordinary is great, but I only really use the niacinimide oil. (once a week) Cetaphil stripped my skin badly and can make you break out if you have dry or sensitive skin. Steps: AM: Apply warm water to face and use cleanser and sunscreen in the morning (don't use cleanser in the morning if you have dry skin) PM: Apply warm water and use cleanser and moisturizer.
@Ayaan yea cold water can tighten your pores which makes it harder for your cleanser to clean out all the dirt and hot water can strip the skin of its natural oils, so lukewarm/warmish water is the better middle ground
For the past 3 months I’ve been sort of softmaxxing or whatever you call it, basically doing most things in this video w some exception and I’ve never felt more confident. It’s funny, i cant point out a drastic difference but I look so much better. As of now I’m trying to perfect my skin, start taking supplements, and dye my hair. I was experiencing a lot of breakage w my hair so I put of dyeing it for a while, but now I’ve realized my hair was protein deficient and I’ve worked on fixing that. I’ve also got a couple new piercings which I believe are always an instant glow up. My goals are that by January 1st, 2024 i will have dyed my hair (hopefully it will have also grown lol), as well as gotten a curly cut (I’ve never gotten a hair cut before other than trims) gotten atleast 1 new piercing, and have abs.
What have your real life results been like? I started "looksmaxing" long before that phrase existed. I turned myself from a skinny, weak, insecure beta into a confident, charismatic guy with a physique like Captain America. But my real life results didn't really change that much. I still did poorly with women and struggled to build up a meaningful social circle. And keep in mind, this was over the course of a decade and thousands of hours dumped into it. If you're seeing real like results after a few months, you my friend, are winning.
@@fuzzypanda1684 honestly it’s sort of weird. I’m sort of getting more attention from people and being referred to as attractive but I honestly just feel like they’re lying to me because people have never spoken to me like that before. I do feel better about myself most days and I’m more comfortable in my clothes, I feel like socially I’m more accepted but it just doesn’t feel real to me because I still feel like I’m the same person I was a year ago sometimes. I feel like I may be stopping myself from getting results In some aspects because I’m stuck in my old ways and I’ve realized I still struggle with confidence, which is something I think I must work on to fully receive results from this experience 👍
you say you use certain products personally but we have no reference because its a faceless youtube channel...now, this man is just doing it for the bag
How lucky am i to find the right partner without having to do all these things lol. She (Colombian) absolutely loves and adores me for who i am (Indian) even though i'm an average joe.....and i am eternally grateful for that. However, i will follow some of these routine, just for her and myself as well.
Bro that is a great great video... Almost eveything explained. And guys building a muscular athletic physique with 10-14% body fat is best as face gets structed you clothes fit better and look good.
Upper-lower split I would recommend for the female audience, as a man you need to workout your upper body more, which shouldn't be confused with skipping legs (not recommended). Generally push pull legs is the best, but you could also do chest back arms and legs.
I"m really thankful for the help, my name is Joaquim, i'm 13 year old and just one week after i started watching your videos, my crush became my girlfrien and i had my first kiss today with her
I haven't taken the time to look but it would be GREATLY appreciated if you guys could take the time and make a long video on clean whole foods we should be shopping for. I know I'd like to cut fast food and junk food out of my diet within the next 12 months and am willing to learn if I just had a direction for guidance.
I'd like to emphasize on another thing; this process WILL take multiple years. Don't rush with everything, it can be very overwhelming, expensive and eventually demotivating when you rush it. It can also take some time to find the products that work well for you. Lastly, failure is always a lesson, so when something doesn't work out, try to find other solutions
Why not do everything at once? I found for myself that if I say I'm gonna think about this later, I'll never actually do the thing and weasel around it. It's a huge motivating factor to know that I've got everything ready and nothing needs my attention in the future except for doing the thing itself.

Great video, except for one thing: I wouldn't say don't start doing anything unless you have your stress under control. The stress could stem from your job, which is stressful because of your boss. But you don't quit, because you don't have the self confidence to tell your boss what he doesn't want to hear. But now you started doing five things of that list and suddenly you're more confident - enough so to quit your job. Plenty of examples like this could be made.
1, 0:40 - Skincare 2, 0:55 - Eat balance. Focus on meat and vegetables, fruit 3, 1:10 - plenty of sleep AT THE RIGHT TIME to FRESH by waking up at the morning 4, 1:30 - work out rountine. Heavy lift + 1:44 - do Cardio 5, 1:58 - hydrated 6, 2:05 - Teeth. Water flosser , electric tooth brush , tongue scraper , Whitening strip
I stopped washing my hair, it smells better , hair is thicker and has better volume. Its amusing how little I do and how much you do. I just rinsed in water every day
If you are stressed, check out the daily stoic. It puts control back into your hands and allows you to take control. Helped me shift my mindset and attitude about life and effort. Memento mori
To add on to the point of doing cardio, forgot exactly what study, but it showed that having at least 8,000 steps per day lowers all cause mortality by like 50% more than those who had less steps per day. Higher intensity training can also improve overall vascularity, meaning better utilization of oxygen throughout the body, which can also give you those veiny hands that the women be obsessing over about. As humans, we are made to move throughout the day, not just sit around and be inactive. Movement is medicine.
