Firstly, cheat meal is cheat meal, so it shouldn't be recommanded because it will just rise your calories and ruins your calorie deficit (if you eat 2000 calories 6 days but eat 5000 the last day, the average calories is 2400, it's still good but ruins the effort you did). Secondly if you need a cheat meal, it means your diet is too restricted and you need to make better meals, a diet should be enjoyable for long term goals
