+Distracted Grandma hi! If you mean at the very beginning, when we wrap each peg twice and then pull the bottom loop over the top, we just do this when we are casting on pegs. Then we work the visor e-wrapping to the right and e-wrapping to the left (we work in flat panel this part of the hat).

Would this fit an average size 2 year old child? If not, what size loom do you suggest I use?

Will you please tell me how I can adjust this to fit a small 4 year old boy. He really wants a newsboy hat but this video is apparently for babies only. I have to get it made by the end of August 2018, so if you could please email me as soon as you can I would greatly appreciate it. If I used the 36 peg loom would that fit more for a 4 year old?
