The great thing of this diet plan is "this is for everyone n for every age group" no need to think about k aj kya mangaen aur kya khaen!!! Just homemade food n clean eating... Roti chawal sab tou mil gaya ab aur kya chahiyeee😂 Only mind set to start from today!!!
Great video but a couple of things to note. Carbs, proteins, and fats don't exist in a food item in isolation/separately, for example, egg whites are rich in proteins but the yolk has fat same is with dairy products (both fat and protein) the case with everything else. Similarly, oil and butter are not the only ones considered fat as fat can be found in eggs, avocado, dairy, certain types of meat (even parts of chicken have more fat than other) and so much more. Also, milk tea (chai) isn't a good source of dairy as the benefits of milk get reduced in tea. It's better to have low-fat yogurt, milk and cheese (we need those calcium and other nutrients for better bone health too).
