According to the scientific diet. She is actually right but we do need to eat fruits and honey. You might be wondering why. So kindly note down:- 1) *Fruits*- they actually contain roughage which can remove the waste from our body. We should only eat 1 or 2 fruits daily or we should not turn them into juice as their natural sugars may become harmful. *Honey* - It actually helps in weight loss but do not eat more than 1 or 2 spoons as it can help in weight gain if we have more. Honey should be taken before sleeping daily. 3) *Ghee* - if we are growing up then we must have ghee but don't have more than ½ spoon.

See dal roti rice yesb staple food h pehele k zamane me koi diet nhi hota tha but still people were healthy then.. Agr normally ghr ka bna khana khaye aur time se khaye aur thora exercise kre to khana chorne ka zarurat nhi h .. Pura life hum sirf pani pi k to nhi rh skte ya sirf milk , ya paneer kha k nhi rh skte kiu ki agr aisa kiye to kuch time bad when you will start eating normal food to v you will see that you r gaining a lot of weight.... Consistency is the key so healthy ghr ka khana khao , pani pio to keep hydrated and do some exercises and is routine pe consistent rho ... simple
