How can you improve fitness to last the game? Once I get around 50 minutes my performance drops with my fitness, I'm a left midfielder but it's hard to get back and up the pitch...
Hi KingOhhPredator. We answered your question - watch the video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-t1MTa78MhfE.html Hope this helps!
Never had any football training as only started playing in my 20s. Watched this before football, went and scored a whole bunch of goals using it, very useful.
Lucas fair play I'd have edited those first few strikes out of the video. To your credit, your finishes were much better at the end. Cheers for the video. I learnt something new.
It's a lovely idea but it's just not common for a defender to ever let you turn like that. The key is to protect the ball with a turn off the pass. Any proper center back would be ready to run you through if you decide to try a slow turn like that.
I agree with you there. I suppose if you know the CB is already closing you down before receiving the pass, you can feint the first touch a bit and turn with the ball passing you by. I was wondering if they would do that in the drill (ie: go left instead of constantly going right). Also, if you can effectively pull that off even just once or twice, the CB will have to respect your left, and can't start cheating towards your right too much.
That is why it is crucial to knock him off balance first, as shown in the video, or else the defender closes you as he sees you move by so you cannot turn. You need to push him with the shoulder so he loses balance and cannot follow (lightly to not draw a foul)
How to stay positive and confident after you miss big opportunity, after match that you didn't play good? (I work hard physically on training to do my best when matchday comes, but if I don't receive ball properly or I lose the ball, I get stuck mentally). How to restore confidence after something like that?
I want to try to use this tactic. See, I’m literally on my way to a game and I play forward. I’m inexperienced but I play decent. I was lucky to be on the team because they didn’t have many girls. Watching these videos help me learn from the mistakes I do and what I can learn from. AH IM NERVOUS BUT I BELIEVE IT MYSELF!
Thank you for your message Zlatan. We have a lot of shooting drills on our channel that should help. ru-vid.com/group/PLsLsr76bONJkZfK10_DJEkOH50JwiIO8p Give them a try. Hope this helps. Good luck!
The amount of times the guy missed the open goal actually ended up being the best thing about the video, unintentionally very funny. Good advice though, thanks
I know it's late but.... Every player is tired the only thing that get them keep going is....they force themselves. You need to force yourself you'll feel every last bit of pain, fell like burning thigh, chest, etc but eventually you'll learn how to handle as times passes.
You just have to play more, and learn when not to run. You don't have to sprint 100% on every play, every attack. The more you play, the better your match fitness will become, too.
We have Manchester United legend Andy Cole: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-thKD5PxD54c.html And Arsenal's record goalscorer Thierry Henry talking about this topic: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-d3CpiT6p8UE.html Hope this helps. Good luck!
Peter Khemis composure quick decision on whether to put in the corners chip or goal around the keeper If the goalie rush out with full speed I will advise u to go around or chip
Peter Khemis stay calm, look at the goalkeeper and shoot at the corner he is farther from , shoot it with good aim, no need for alot of power just place it
Exactly what I was thinking... Though after watching I notice that the movement comes just before the short pass. He makes sure he's only visible for the minimum possible time while still making sure he's onside before the pass.

I struggle to motivate myself for training sessions which i do not improve as much as other players in ny team. How should i motivate myself to improve my game as much as possible.
Don't expect to get results so quickly, I was the same however i forced myself to go out and train. Eventually i got into routine and started to see myself get better.
I know I’m really late to this video and I hope you guys reply but how would you stay onside if your behind the defender? Would love for you guys to reply
You stand behind him so it effects his 'balance', but the aim is to usually pretend like your moving to the opposite side of the defender the you step up to the ball, when you notice the ball is about to be played to you, that way you aren't offside. It is very important you get a great first touch to set yourself for the next touch to shoot.
How should I, as a stiker, move in the box to get that exstra space when the cross is comming in? How should I time my run? Where should I position myself?
How can someone improve their shoot power? What exercises can you use? Allan spoke a little bit of hip movement to hit the ball I️ would like to know more about that. Thanks !
Hi James. We have some drills that should help you master this. Try this from Arsenal youngster Marcus McGuane: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xvjPWXck9xQ.html And then this from Coerver Coaching ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lKPfSWI89dk.html Hope this helps. Good luck!
Speed is God-given. You work at the speed you were born with, such as making sure you get coached on sprinting technique with and without the ball and go from there.
For attacking players, in the opponent's half, when should we look to press and when should we wait? Also, how can we work as a unit to press more effectively?
Hi, very nice video. Question: How to avoid calf fatigue? I train my calves regularly with 80-100 lbs, 25 reps 3 set workout. I even do farmer's walk every alternate or 2 days for a minute. But many a times I suffer calves fatigue after 50-55 mins of futsal. Is it that they're not getting enough rest or is it wrong training.
Sounds like you’re overtraining them mate. Take a week or two off training calves completely and let them recover - when you train do it with less weight and more volume. Once a week maximum if you’re also running/playing football
i love pasing the ball and make great opportunities for scoring goal but sometimes stuck at pinging the ball far to my teammate ###please make avideo on how to ping at far distance##
I play very nice with my friends but when I play with some bigger players, I don't play the way I can and I lose my confidence everytime , what should I do !??! please tell me
