I just received beet root powder today. I took a little over the suggested dose and a few hours later my bp was 124/89. WOW!!!!! I'm on bp medicine and that doesn't help. My average bp is always at 190+/145+ -- sometimes over 200/100 (it's crazy high even on bp medicine - which I can't seem to get my doctor to try a different medicine after years of asking). Anyways, feeling very hopeful right now.

PLEASE also use garlic capsules, fish oil and ginger / cinnamon. STAY AWAY FROM FAST FOOD !!!

@@denisemilfort4581 thanks for asking. I since have lost 15 lbs on the Alternate Day Eating plus Carnivore diet. My blood pressure average is 115/70. I did not continue with the beet juice powder as it was not helping long term.

This really works ! You may have to give it a day or so to kick in. It will save you a trip to the emergency room !! I put a big heaping spoon in a glass of juice - stir well. Repeat 4 times in a day - make sure one is before bed. I also take fish oil , magnesium , garlic capsules, Vitamin D, ginger and cinnamon. And do a fast - TRY not to eat any big heavy meals (have soup for dinner).

Beet juice isn't the best tasting. I mix beet juice & pomegranate juice 1/2 & 1/2 any quantity you want to drink. I mix it 6 ounces each. The pomegranate juice is good for blood vessels, a win, win mix for the heart.

Beet juice is about 67 on the glycemic index chart .Not so much if you eat the Beets So I have a fiber Drink 30 mins before the Beet Juice . Best of Luck

That should work. I will typically just do a quick background check on the company making it, just to make sure I can trust what they are saying. Nothing major, just a quick search.

As I take the beet drink- I take some fish oil capsules , and garlic capsules. My pressure usually goes back to normal in 3 hours. But I make sure - I walk around and get my circulation going - don't just sit and watch TV. If you have fresh garlic- chop it up -- make TEA out of it and drink that if you don't have the beet powder.
