I thought I was going to be bored watching you go through a harness….but I couldn’t stop watching from start to finish. You make me want to pull the harness out of my 70’ Nova to find out how much fun I’m missing
Love your wire videos. Very informative. Thank you I support your channel. You know anyone that has a shop out in AZ. Phoenix or Mesa area. Still messing with my 82 El Camino. Need some help on it
Wish this video would have came out a while back before I ripped everything out of my swap and put a kwikwire in Would have saved me 400 🤦🏽♂️ thanks for this vid tho will help people fasho
Have a question.i purchased 67 Chevelle it was a project car and Americans autowire was connected but missing engine harness from the fuse box block in side the hood.like to know what can I do to connect engine wire connector.its a first gen Americans autowire they don't sell the old one.
Looks good. Instead of using the plastic black tape try Tesa tape. It’s more of a cloth style tape used originally in classic cars also I believe German automobile. This tape doesn’t get gummy and gooey from being heat cycled as what you probably found when stripping harnesses over the years. That’s gooey stuff is acid chemicals being released from the tape. It will also break down a wire as it ages. Tesa is a little pricey but better stuff. Pretty sure you can find it on Amazon.
Goose I like the fact that you’re redoing the original harness but wouldn’t it make sense if you’re going to the trouble to do an LS swap is to get a new wiring harness from American AutoWire and do it that way. You already said you have to redo the whole dash harness. Just a thought. Good job. 👍🏼
@@goosseperformance1444 I have a question what wiring harness would you suggest for 1970 cutlass convertible, painless wiring or American AutoWire? Plans are to LS swap and I want all power options.
