They talked about this during one of their behind the scenes videos. There had to measure from scratch and then import the reaver into CAD. The original reaver Titan mood was hand sculpted so there was no digital file for it. Pretty cool.

I should imagine in regards to the L vs. R situation, they're expecting most people to buy at least two Reavers (as per the Axiom Maniple), which gives you the capacity to build L and R versions of the arm weapons, giving you (limited) capacity to double-gun, assuming you don't want two Reavers double-gunned with the same option.

right now i am building a painting warhounds x 4, reavers x2, warlords x 3. I eventually want to have enough to field a 3-3-4 formation for my own legion based on a Liverpool LFC theme.

Reaver was hand sculpted. The guy who did this one had to measure the 40k scale one and cad it. The warlord was simplified and scaled from the original

All of the latest releases (from the start of 8th onwards) have been far too expensive. Rogue trader is rage inducingly priced, adeptus titanicus is too expensive to start as you need to spend £180 on the starter set thing or at £70 on rules and a riever. Outrageous
